New Miami house, get ready to have fun with the whole family or friends at this stylish vacation house. It is newly renovated designed to accommodate 10 people. We designed each space to be able to entertain & enjoy time with your loved ones. The backyard includes a spacious pool, lounge are with fireplace & a dinning area. The arcade includes to arcade machines (5+ games), Pool table & table games!

Big problems with this property!

At first glance, the property meets all our needs. I stayed with my elderly mother, brother, husband and 6 year old. One toilet did not work. One of the games that were advertised was broken. No tissues in property. No hand soap in bathroom. No washer/dryer as advertised. Two televisions would not work. At 1 am the first night, the carbon monoxide detectors/fire alarm went off throughout the property when we were all sleeping. The shampoo in the second bathroom had a layer of something (mold??) at the top. Water pressure in the shower was exceptionally poor. The fans/lights in all bedrooms were somehow connected via remotes so if one was turned on, all were turned on (problematic when a child goes to bed earlier). One remote was missing. Pool cue tips were broken and therefore unusable. Property right off the road, and it was loud and difficult to navigate the driveway. Pool is not heated. Landscaping was not trimmed in the front of back and in the front it was difficult to get out of a vehicle without landing in the bushes. Renters beware!!

Would not consider again

The property looked gorgeous but there were quite a few things I need to mention. The listing says under Launder "Washing Machine". One of the reasons I booked was because we stayed with family for 5 nights and needed Laundry machines. I messaged to asked where they were located and they stated that there was none. That the Washing Machine is for the Dishes. Next, when we turned on the oven, it started to smoke because it has some grease at the bottom which after lifting some foil that was placed over it, you can clearly see that it was not clean. The basket ball hoop was unusable because the back board is completely bent and damaged. Along with 2 deflated basketballs. The mosquito netting on the sliding door was completely broken. The pool table had 4 pool stick, 2 had no tips and there was no chalk so when playing, the pool stick continued to slip. The pool table also had a slant to it so the balls would roll to one side. The guest bathroom toilet was not functional. We had to remove the lid, giggle the toilet fill valve in order to refill the tank every flush. 1 of the 2 arcade machines did not function. The refrigerator had no light bulb. I would not consider renting here again despite how nice the place looked.

hosted my bday party here was such a nice place enjoyed it and the owner really nice just parking is a little tight
