HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!

My family and I had a blast in this PARADISE!!! The Apartment is located perfectly On the ocean, less than 20 ft from tennis courts, and less than 5 min from the most beautiful mall. Bel Harbor The owner has such a beautiful spirit, and she is very approachable and made things that much better. This SPECTACULAR Apartment made us not want to leave at all! I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting MIAMI BEACH every store imaginable is less than a 10 minute drive from the Apartment !

Most Fantastic stay!!!

This apartment had the most fabulous location and view! The apartment is located right on the beach, steps from ocean --great for morning runs alongbeach, 1 block from Fountain Blue, close to Bell Harbour Mall, close to a myriad of great restaurants... The apartment is beautifully decorated with modern appliances, a full kitchen and dining area. Absolutely spotless - everything brand new! We couldn't have picked a better spot for our trip to Miami Beach and we would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank You

Excellent 5 star stay!!

Wonderful location in Miami Beach!!! The view is Fantastic!! You can see the beautiful Beach, Tennis Courts, and The Pool. This Apartment has ALL the luxuries you need to make a vacation a great one. This is fully equipped with modern furniture. The place is well kept and clean. There are lovely diners and Clubs on Collins Avenue. Shopping is excellent in The Aventura Mall also on Lincoln. Publix supermarket is just blocks away. All in all we had a fantastic vacation and will revisit this place again and again. The pictures are very accurate but when you get there it's much bigger and prettier. In a nut shell, it's perfect. In the Mornings you can go to the gym and then after that you can take a relaxing seat at the Jacuzzi and relax your muscles! I Recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone who wants to have a magnificent time in Miami Beach!!!

Magnifica ubicación

Apartamento bien ubicado, muy amplio y cómodo, lo mejor es que tiene salida directa a la playa. Alana la propietaria aunque no la conocí personalmente, la comunicación con ella fue muy buena, una excelente persona. Me encantaría regresar nuevamente.

A great place to stay

From the moment we arrived, we were immediately relaxed. Elana's neighbor, George walked us through the condo as well as gave us tips and details about the building, shops and beach. We absolutely fell in love with the neighbors and building. Between the beach and the building is the Miami Beach Boardwalk. As my wife and I are very active, I cannot overstate the value the beach walk provided. It is a wide, well lit and smooth pathway that goes for several miles in each direction. Walk, bike or drive to several excellent restaurants. Trust me, once you're there, you won't want to leave.

Great Experience!

We came from Poland to spend almost 3 weeks in Miami. We were 4 grown ups and 2 kids. We had a very nice stay in this condo. It was spacious and very clean. Great view from the balcony. Good service from Janet. We want to recommend this apartment to everybody!!!

Great week, great location!

Condo was just what our family of 5 needed, very spacious and extra trundle beds could sleep an extra 2 people in 2nd bedroom if needed. Basement parking was convenient for in/out in the busy Miami Beach area. Overall a very nice stay and everything was well maintained within the condo!

Vermont family goes to MIAMI beach!

THE BEACH- private- pool never crowded- parking space secured and included, shushi at 2401, FOUNTAIN blue 1/2 me away for sunset drinks !!! So.beach a 1/2 bike ride for date night! We are a family of 5. We love the beach in Febuary, run from the Vermont cold! Last year we went to Maui-but we did not have any night life or restaurant choices. This year we all voted for the Latin exposure of South Beach / Miami Beach was the perfect location! This large 2 bedroom condo. Was private, clean, updated bathrooms and AMAZING memory foam beds. Linens were at least 600 cotton count. The 30 x 10 patio was lovely! early in the morning I'd sip coffee and read before the rest of the family woke. We were thrilled and will visit again!!!

Home away from home

Property was as described. Condo was very clean and had the comforts of home. The complex had many amenities - gym, convenience store, dry cleaners, private parking plus the pool, eliminating the need to leave. When we did it was only a short drive to South Beach for nightlife and the beaches were much less crowded here.

Disappointing

We were very disappointed in this rental. It is spacious and in a nice building with a good gym and pool but that's about all. From the moment we stepped into the service elevator (which is what you have to use when you have groceries, luggage or are wearing beach attire), we were worried. The elevator smelled and was dingy. When we opened the door to the condo, it was dark and it smelled. I don't know if the odor was caused by the stained carpets or the closets stuffed with musty bedding or the fact that the (very noisy) air conditioners had to be left on (according to the owner). I think it has been a while since the owner has visited this property or she would realize the condo is not how she described it. You can see the ocean in the distance but the apartment faces another building that is undergoing construction so it is noisy all day long. There are towels but they have seen better days. Alana was confused when I told her there was no kettle, only 3 mugs and 2 forks in the cutlery drawer. She couldn't understand where everything had gone but she did tell me where to find more cutlery. She did not, however, have any sympathy when I told her we had no hot water for a week. The boiler blew in the building and when I asked her for a partial refund she replied "LOL". I cannot understand the previous reviews because this is not a 4 star condo. Sadly, it is the first time I have had an issue with an owner and property on VRBO.

We had an amazing stay at Seacoast Condo.

Everything at the condo was exactly as described. It was clean, open and spacious. Being right on the ocean was so convenient. The beach was not overly crowded either so finding your spot for the day, inches from the water, was spectacular!! The owner and her manager were wonderful to work with, very kind, helpful and informative. No restaurants within walking distance but more than enough choices within a short driving distance. We would definitely recommend staying here and we are ever in Miami again would love to stay again.

Perfect appartment for a family holiday

We are a family of 4 and found the appartment to be excellent. Perfectly situaded at a less crowded section of Miami Beach. Apart from sun, my daughters appreciated the possibility for shopping in the area. The public bus transport stops outside and takes you both to Miami Beach South Lincoln Road as well as to Aventura mall, which the daughters found to be better and less crowded than the more well-known Sawgrass Mall. Good support and response from the owner. Can highly recommend it. /Mats Rieschel

Fantastic Place

I have spent 10 days in the apartment with my family. The apartment is excellent, the owner Elana and the Facility manager Lucy were very friendly and easygoing. The apartment has all the needs that you can need to spend a fantastic vacation, very confortable and has a magnific view of the sea from the balcony. It has pool, private beach, gymn and a little store if you need something to eat... The location is great, in front of the bay where yo can walk in the early morning or evenning.... It has a garage too and it is very close from Lincoln road, supermarket and restaurants.... If you are thinking to spend a vacation like your home, no doubt, rent tuis apartment!! It was my first experience in the apartment, always I went to Hotel, however this time was too much better. I will go again!!

WONDERFUL CONDO

If you need a condo for a short stay in Miami beach you should try it. We were very happy because everything is nice in this condo. It is like paradize. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come again next year. The owner is very friendly and the condo is perfect: big, clean with all Accommodation and Amenities.

Our enjoyable time at 5151 Collins No. 630

We were very happy to be staying at the beautiful condo at 5151 Collins No. 630. The place was beautifully decorated and very spacious and clean. Along with my daugher and grandchildren, we felt very comfortable and felt at home. This place is a paradise located on beautiful grounds with pool and beach just steps away. It has a very spacious kitchen fully equipped, two bedrooms and two baths. It is very much family oriented and during our stay we definitely felt very safe. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely come and stay here again.

Miami spring trip

Condo is just like shown in pictures...NICE condition along with the whole complex being nice. Owner easy to work with and after looking at many places in this area, GLAD we stayed here. Condo and pool area is relaxing and mostly quiet, so if you are looking for a big happening place, this might not be for you. GREAT for relaxing and sunning in the day, then close to hit the South Beach "hot spots" at night....We brought bicycles to run around which worked great and mid week started using a transit bus at night that runs up and down Collens Blvd...Bus only is $2 a person and we never seemed to wait long for it or the rides itself. Owner & the Realtor that helps with checking in and out REALLY DO care about you and your stay. MUCH THANKS to them! We do 3 condo rentals a year and say it was also nice have our deposit returned within a week., shows professionalism on their part. Douglas Ohio
