ビーチの目の前！ ホテル下のレストランも、オープンエアでの食事が気持ちよく、美味しく、家族で良い時間が過ごせた。 部屋に、ビーチセット（パラソル、チェア、タオルなど）が用意されていたのが嬉しかった。 受付の対応もよく、部屋も広くて清潔だった。

サウスビーチの一等地に位置するホテル
一等地なだけに、値段はそれなりにする。しかし、同じ地区の他のホテルに比べれば、部屋は広いし、設備は整っている。最近改装したばかりとかで、大変行き届いている。また、ひとりで使用したので値段が高いという印象が強かったが、家族で使えば決して高いホテルではないと思う。WiFiでのインターネットも使いやすかったし、コーヒーポットの他、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫も設置されていた。

便利な立地で意外と静かなホテル
チェックイン時間前の到着でしたが、感じよく部屋に通してくれました。 小さなフロントですが、冷たいレモン水やビーチタオルなども用意してありました。 近所の美味しいお店の情報などの情報を書いたプリントも下さり、参考になりました。（若干古い情報もあり） 夕方6時から1時間位、ホテルの屋上テラスでホテル主催のレセプションが行われ（ビール・ワイン・ナッツなどのおつまみもあり）無料でそれらを気軽に楽しむことができます。スタッフの方の感じがよくてお代わりなどすすめて下さり他の宿泊客の方も和んでいて気持ちの良いひと時でした。 雨など降った時も傘を貸した下さったり親切です。 お部屋からの眺めはイマイチでしたが、リニューアルされていてアールデコ調の雰囲気で清潔感もあり、 ミニシンクと電子レンジ・冷蔵庫があり便利でした。 セーフテイーボックスが床に放置してあり、安心して使うことができませんでした。 ホテルの方がフレンドリーで、ビーチやドラックストアーなども近く、効率的に時間を過ごせました。

ビーチに近くで便利です。
部屋はベイビューではありませんでしたが、広くて清潔でした。 ビーチから戻った後のハッピーアワーも素晴らしいサービスでした。 タオルや椅子も借りることができ、ビーチライフを満喫できます。 朝食もテラスでとっても気持ちよかったです。

ビーチの前で立地は最高。ホテルのスタッフの方々も非常に親切で楽しく滞在出来ました。バレットパーキングが上手く機能していないようで、車を呼んでからかなり待たされ、ホテルのスタッフの方も何度も電話していました。

最高の立地の綺麗なホテル
Ocean Driveに面しており、ビーチ、アールデコ地区、リンカーンロードモール等どこに観光に行くにも徒歩で行ける非常に便利な場所です。ただ、このあたりのホテルはみんな同じだと思いますが、場所柄深夜まで外の騒ぎや音楽が部屋に聞こえてきますので、騒音が気になる方はお勧めしません。オーシャンビューの部屋は眺めも綺麗で、部屋は広々として清潔でした。 あまり種類は多くありませんが、無料の朝食とハッピーアワーのドリンクが毎日屋上のテラスで楽しめます。 スタッフは皆親切で、タクシーの手配や観光地に関する質問など丁寧に答えてくれました。サービス面で少々気になったのが、ハイシーズンのためか部屋の清掃が遅かったことです。朝”Service Please”の札をかけて出かけ、午後2時頃に戻ってきて終わっていない日がありました。フロントに声をかければ済む話ですが、札のある部屋は優先的に掃除してくれてもいいのに、と思いました。また、洗面所に置いていたポーチが清掃後は引き出しの中にしまわれていたりもしました。 混雑時期のため少々値段は張りましたが、全体的にはいいホテルでした。

I had an absolutely amazing time here. It’s a super convenient location and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Big pros are the free Starbucks coffee every morning, the Aveda products , the daily experience events and the umbrella, chairs & towels. I will definitely be back!

The property is time share and it is very well managed. Rooms are newly renovated, nicely decorated, super clean, everyone very polite and nice. Excellent service, every day 2 or 3 special treats for custumers. Highly recommend. Hotel is located in the heart of Art Deco district, northen part which is more quiet and more sofisticated. Easy access to the beach, across the street , and street is closed to vehicle traffic. Many very good restaurants in an easy walk. Lots of bars, interesting vibe. Lots of fun. No parking but secured parking garage 2 blocks away for only $20 a day.

The property was very clean and in a fantastic location. We loved the area restaurants. The hotel offered us smoothies when we arrived and also featured a happy hour on the rooftop with complimentary beer and wine!

Solid, reliable choice
Had Room 308 at the rear. Not fancy but a decent size, it looks west, is quiet, is not overlooked, has a nice little balcony and gives good afternoon / evening light. The little kitchenette is very useful. The quiet roof terrace is another boon. The hotel’s position on Ocean Drive & 14th St is away from the worst of the noise and craziness further down, and 5 mins walk from the restaurants and bustle of Espanola Way. Lincoln Rd shops are another 5-10 mins walk. Staff are particularly friendly and helpful. Overall, I’d say the hotel is fully priced, but if you want to know you’ll be looked after properly, it’s worth the extra.

Stayed two nights.
The hotel staff are very nice. The hotel itself does not have any amenities. My husband is in a wheelchair and I specifically asked for an accessible room. We were put in a studio with a tiny bathroom. No handrails. This was a timeshare trade so I am a bit disappointed that the request for an accessible room was overlooked.

This is a time share property , so even though I paid for it like a hotel, they were still trying to push buying into their program. (They don’t call it time share -they call it something else where you earn points.). It was a really nice property and I would stay there again if I ever went back, but the push for the program-even though they were super nice-was really annoying. The best part of this property was the fact that since Covid, the huge road in front of the hotel was closed to traffic. It was still part of the main drag, but there weren’t cars in front of it.

First impression was a lovely hotel. Nice staff clean. But they started remodeling the entire hotel I’m assuming (by the look of disarray) the morning that we left. So we were woken up at 6am by construction and then housekeeping tried coming in at 8:30 when checkout is 11am. You couldn’t walk through the hallways because of the the totes that they were using to take stuff out of the rooms. I understand you have to remodel hotels, but do not book guests the night before it starts. It was very unprofessional.

The staff is awesome. This property thinks of everything for their guest. From beach chairs, sun umbrella, bicycles and even regular umbrellas if it rains. I will definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Friendly and helpful staff and located directly at the Ocean Drive. Great complementary amenities and the Mexican restaurant next door is good place to start the evening/night with dinner and drinks. Absolutely recommend!

Great family stay
Our stay was really nice. We came up for a a baseball game and stayed the night. Our family of five fit comfortably in a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. TV had Netflix option ( must have own account). Room had a packed beach cart with towels and chairs. Beach is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Parking is valet, but located off site, 3 minute walk. No issues with parking and getting our car. The lobby staff is friendly (thank you Caesar, Anias, and Kyle). Free coffee in the morning, cocktail hour, and ice cream ( variable hours). There is no pool, but it is definitely not a deal breaker, with beach so close. Loved our stay, and it has our family’s stamp of approval!

Wonderful Stay!!!
My wife and I had a beautiful stay. Right on ocean drive, beach right across the street. Our room had a full nice kitchen and with beach chairs and shade umbrella. The beach chairs were equipped with coolers attached to the beach chairs. Staff was very helpful, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille. Le personnel de l’hôtel était vraiment gentil et serviable. C’est le gros point fort de cet hôtel. Nous avons même eu la surprise d’avoir droit à du service en français. La chambre était très propre (c’est très important pour moi), bien équipée et spacieuse. Nous avons adoré avoir une cuisine, Netflix et une grande porte vitrée avec vue sur la cour intérieure. Je recommande cet hôtel! Le seul inconvénient est l’absence de stationnement à l’hôtel: il faut se stationner à l’hôtel Z pour ensuite marcher avec nos bagages jusqu’à l’hôtel. Si vous voyagez avec de jeunes enfants, cela peut être un petit problème. Heureusement, mes adolescents pouvaient s’occuper de leurs bagages.;-) J’y retournerais donc malgré cet inconvénient. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre séjour. Merci à toute l’équipe!
