Important Property Notes
Only Emotional support animal with proper paperwork are allowed Pet Limit: 2 Pets. Associated non refundable $100 per pet fee is applied and extra.

You'll need to send Photo Identification (US Driver's License or Passport) for All incoming guests within 24 hrs of reservation confirmation .

One dedicated free parking garage space is included in your reservation.
Vehicle information (such as Tag number, make, year and model) must be submitted ahead of time.

There is $150 replacement fee per fab for any lost fab (2 are provided) and $200 replacement fee for any lost parking garage fab provided at check in.

All guests must register with Front-Desk staff before being granted access to the building. Quadro requires valid

Transient Rental Rules &Regulations

All guests must register with Front-Desk staff before being granted access to the building. Quadro requires valid
government issued identification from guests. The names of ALL guests occupying a unit must be registered, and
information regarding your license plate/car description is also gathered at check-in.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
Quadro is a private residential building and NOT a hotel. We have a zero-tolerance policy in which we will refuse to
admit or may remove any person(s), who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by
the unit owners for the operation and management of Quadro.
Quadro will have you removed from the property if: Directives from Front desk agents or property staff are not
followed, guests are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance who acts in a
disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other residents; seeks to use the unit for an unlawful purpose; seeks
to bring onto the property: an unlawfully possessed firearm; or an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that
is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm
to the property or residents.
100% SMOKE AND DRUG FREE
For the safety and well-being of our building, transient guests, and staff, Quadro is a completely smoke and drug
free facility. This includes, but is not limited to, e-cigarettes, vape pens, hookahs, and incense. Guests are
encouraged to notify Front Desk staff immediately if they smell smoke or any other objectionable odors. Marijuana
is prohibited at all times.
QUIET HOURS:
10:00 p.m. to 7 a.m. Televisions, voices, or other devices must always be kept at a respectful low level. Doors

should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating, yelling, or running in halls. Quadro enforces a strict No In-
Room Party Policy to ensure we can protect the property, guests, and our residents at all times. This includes no

loud noises or music during quiet hours. In the event of a disturbance, one polite warning will be given to reduce
the noise. If this policy is not followed, you will be ordered to vacate the premises. Any illegal activities the police
will be called.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
Room occupancy requirements are based on fire code/fire safety restrictions. If you exceed the maximum number
of transient guests allowed, you will be asked to vacate the property.

BALCONIES:
Please note that residents and transient guests are strictly prohibited from hanging anything off the sides/rails of
the balconies, (including but not limited to towels and bathing suits) and from throwing any articles or items of any
kind over the balcony (including but not limited to cigarette butts or trash of any kind).
POOL: Time: Sunrise-Sunset
Adult supervision is required for all children under the age of 17. NO POOL FLOATEES, WATER GUNS, AQUATIC
TOYS, GLASSWARE, OR FOOD PERMITTED IN THE POOL OR AROUND POOL DECK LOUNGE AREA. Quadro
prohibits nudity in any and all common areas of the property, and proper Non-Transparent swim-suit cover ups
are strictly required when walking through the common areas, which includes but is not limited to hallways,
elevators, and lobby. All persons are strictly prohibited from leaving the pool area while clothing is still wet.
Please strictly follow the posted Pool Rules and Quadro Condominium Association Rules and Regulations. NO glass
or smoking is permitted. Wear Shoes around the pool deck at all times.
ALCOHOL POLICY:
Alcohol is strictly prohibited in all common areas. Alcohol is only to be consumed by guests of legal age considered
in the United States within their unit.
GYM USE: Time: 24 Hours
Please strictly follow the posted Gym Rules and Regulations, registered transient guests only. Please be advised
that any guest under the age of 17 is strictly prohibited from using the gym facilities. Please DO NOT drop weights
on the floor.
BBQ USE: Time: 9am-10pm
Please strictly follow the posted BBQ Rules and Regulations, registered transient guests only.
TRASH & RECYCLING:
Please strictly adhere to the Trash Rules and Regulations.
PACKAGES:
Please address the package to the front desk and not the unit. Quadro’s Front Desk DOES NOT have
access to mailboxes. Package to be picked up after 4 pm-11 pm.
Food Delivery:
The front desk is not allowed to accept any type of delivery including food orders, perishables, groceries,
and certified mail. The transient guests must receive the food delivery at the lobby.
Emergency:
Quadro management has the right to access any portion of a unit, if any, to be maintained by the association, or at
any time and by force, if necessary to prevent damage to the common element or a unit or units.

TRANSIENT GUEST REGISTRATION:
For Transient renters of 31 days and longer, there is application by Tenant Evaluation Platform for Quadro Condominium that must be scanned and applied to at least 1 week prior to check in date. There is a cost of $150 non refundable application which the host will credit the renter if and only the application has been accepted
