Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach place. Ground floor apartment walk and bike everywhere on Key Biscayne. Full kitchen, fast G5 internet & private beach access just a 5 min walk!
The space
One bedroom with king size bed, queen sofa couch in the living room. Full kitchen with large dining room table. 5G Internet! For work or play
Guest access
No stairs! Downstairs unit with kitchen door walk to parking. Assigned parking spot accessible through back kitchen door or front private entrance. There is however one step to get into the living room for entrance.
Other things to note
Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are across the street within walking distance. You can ditch the car and walk to the beach! Enjoy Key Biscayne as a local:))

Martin made sure that I had all the information for check in. The apartment is clean, spare and perfectly located. I did end up spending more time there than I anticipated when I came down with a headcold, so I can confirm that the couch is wonderfully comfortable for hours of reading with hot tea. I would come again.

Great location, 20 minutes from Brickell, Close to beach access, Grocery Store, we just truly did love it.Note for fixes, Bathroom Toilet handle was very loose and tricky to flush.10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent place to stay in Key Biscayne. Great communication with host. Martin has really thought about everything you might need during your stay and has provided everything. Loved that it had assigned parking near the apartment and that groceries and restaurants were walking distance from the unit. Going out at night with all the nice Christmas decoration around Key Biscayne was an added bonus!

Good location, good value

Martin’s apartment in Key Biscayne suited our needs really well. It is near the beach, it is near Bill Baggs State Park, it is across the street from a shopping mall with a Winn-Dixie grocery store, and the neighborhood is quiet. The apartment was clean and reasonably spacious for two people. The furnishings were nice enough for us and a good value for what we paid. We would stay here again.

Great stay!

This was a clean, easy place to stay- like a condo unit with a small central courtyard with pool. The beach access was an easy walk down the neighborhood and the beach was lovely. Martin was quick to respond to any questions. We’d stay there again and highly recommend!

Girls Trip

The weather tried to do us in but Martin was able to accommodate us to push back a day. He was very easy to work with, much appreciated. Loved the location of the property. Did not rent a car just used Uber and a golf cart! What we wish we had - toiletries in the bathroom and maybe coffee creamer ? Not a huge deal but since we got in so late couldn’t get to the store until the next day. Having beach chairs and towels was wonderful. Thank you!

Key Biscane May 2024

This is an excellent location, we walk to the beach and walked the beach every day, though it might be further than some prefer. The bed is incredibly firm, and neither of us found it comfortable at all. Very close to grocery store and pharmacy. Nice quiet area with easy access to everything on Key Biscane, and an easy hop to Miami

charm and breezes

i like to pop down to key biscayne for some tennis, the ocean, and the evening breezes. Martin's place is very clean, well A/C'd and the best location. you can take a short walk to the closest beach or you can walk out the the state park and climb the lighthouse for a spectacular lookout. play some tennis at the ritz. and sleep well in the pleasant space. Martin emailed promptly and helpfully. its a lovely spot on key biscayne.
