Stylish high-floor unit with beautiful views, as shown in the photos. This is a converted one-bedroom with two sleeping areas—King and Queen beds. The second room has no door, so privacy is limited. Living room is slightly smaller. Only 2 guests can access amenities (non-transferable); minors not counted. Located in Icon Brickell, shared with the W Hotel, enjoy resort-style amenities like a large pool and dining. Kitchen features Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Steps from Brickell’s top spots.

This schedule is determined and managed by the HOA and may change at any time without prior notice. We do not have control over these updates. All other amenities, including the spa and gym, remain open and operate seven days a week during their regular hours.
THE UNIT Located in the heart of Brickell, this beautiful apartment is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers alike. With dedicated internet and generous space, it’s also ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and more. You’ll also find convenient appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
ID VERIFICATION Building management requires all adult guests to be registered at check-in. Please be prepared to present a valid ID to the check-in staff upon arrival.
ESSENTIALS PROVIDED Our unit comes with all basic essentials as listed on the platform. In addition, we provide enhanced starter supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, a limited number of laundry and dishwasher pods, and dedicated internet service. Please note that these supplies are one-time complimentary items. For additional needs, convenience stores are located within walking distance.

CHECK-IN: 3 PM – 12 AM (Midnight)
• The check-in window officially closes at midnight. Arrivals after 12 AM must return the next day starting at 10 AM to complete check-in.
• Third-party check-in agents may assist after midnight, based on their availability and with their own service fees. If you’re not comfortable paying a late fee due to circumstances beyond your control, you must wait until 10 AM the next day to check in.
CHECK-OUT: Before 10 AM • A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM, as we need time to prepare for the next guest.
FOBS: The unit includes 2 sets of fobs. Lost fobs will be charged at $120 each to your deposit or card on file.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: The booking holder must be present at check-in. If not, please notify us in advance. Another verified guest (ID submitted through this platform) must be present. All guests must be listed on the reservation. Minimum check-in age is 18. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
AMENITY ACCESS: After registering with the front desk, guests can head to the pool area between 9:30 AM and 5 PM to receive their amenity access QR codes. Guests must show ID and provide their phone to receive the code. This unit is allowed up to 2 QR codes. QR codes expire at 11 AM on check-out day. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to get access.
PARKING: Valet parking is available at $50 per day with no in/out privileges. Charges increase with usage: • 0–1 hr: $13 • 1–4 hrs: $24 • 4–10 hrs: $30 • 10–24 hrs: $50
Frequent in-and-outs may result in $70–$80 per day in charges.
A third-party company also offers a private garage parking option a few blocks away, with a daily rate and unlimited in/out privileges.
BATHROOM POLICY: The building has sensitive plumbing. Do not flush wipes (even flushable ones), paper towels, hygiene products, or trash. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs due to misuse.

My group and I had the best experience ever!! Not only was the property perfectly clean, but the decor was simple yet fun (plus lots of storage space for belongings). The balcony view was breathtaking. The owner is extremely responsive and kind. I would never book anywhere else if I return to Miami. YOU NEED TO BOOK THIS PLACE!
This host refuses to give us back our $200 deposit after we left the place clean and only said we’d get it back if we reviewed 5 stars. The bathroom door is BROKEN! Doesn’t close the couch is so unstable I fell and it caused a bruise the next morning. We couldn’t even stay inside the apartment the 2nd day because the key fob didn’t work even for the elevators. The host still hasn’t given back our money and called us liars when we had video and photo evidence of it all! Also the window panel doesn’t go up at all in the middle. Truly disappointing and a crook. She also tried to charge us $250 deposit and quickly changed it back to $200 when I called her out on it. Another thing was when we asked for the deposit back she said we had to meet her in person….

Very Clean, and Great Location…Terrible property manager.
As stated in the title, great location in downtown and also a clean apartment. Aside from that, the property manager was terrible and unresponsive. The first night that we arrived, the digital lock on the closet door would not stop beeping, assuming because the batteries were low. We reached out Esma to figure out how to fix this because it was making it impossible to sleep. By the next morning, she still hasn’t responded to our inquiry of how to fix the beeping sound. So we finally decided to try and stop it ourselves…we simply took out the double AA batteries that powered the lock…no more beeping. They refused to give us our $200 deposit back and they said it was because “they found the closet door lock broken”…which was completely untrue and all that was needed is to replace the batteries. Our check out was on Sunday morning, so we spend an hour or 2 cleaning every inch of the apartment, as to avoid any issues with cleanliness…the cleaning lady had a minimal job to do once we checked out…the only thing that we are guilty of if waking up late after 10am check out and didn’t end up checking out until 11…. The posted rules (even posted in the apartment) stated that for every hour that we are late to check out, a $50 fee would be added…we checked out 1 hour late and Esma figured that, that was enough to keep our entire $200 deposit….stay here at your own financial risk…like I said everything about this property were FANTASTIC!!!! Expect for the management…so I would play it safe and find a different property in the same area… I’d even go as far as to say find an identical or very similar unit in the same hotel (The W), just not the owner of this particular unit….thanks, I know I rambled a bit, but these types of detailed comments are the ones that I appreciate.

Loved staying at this property with my wife. Views from the balcony are one of the best I've ever seen. Place is clean and comfortable. Owner is very responsive and flexible. Loved the pool, hot water tub and all other amenities. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Only “negative” if being picky, the tub/shower is unique & the tub motor has a mind of its own (scared us several times). We are all 6’+ & getting in/out tub wasn’t the easiest.
Overall, loved tot and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay and save. Very Family friendly as well I’m the residences
