Guest Access:

As our guest, you’ll have access to a variety of amenities at the Residence:



🚗 Parking access for 1 registered vehicle – Must display an official parking decal issued at the Management Office on the dashboard/rearview mirror. Vehicles without a decal are subject to towing. Visitors will be required to park on the street and pay for street parking. We are not responsible for lost/stolen items or damage in the parking area.



Tenant Screening Required:

$25 background check fee per guest (payable at the front desk)



Tenant Screening: All guests must register through The Prospective Tenant Link and pay the $100 registration fee directly to the tenant screening platform. Please note that the background and credit check process requires a social security number. Guests with a criminal record may not be admitted.

⚠️ MANDATORY CONDOMINIUM REQUIREMENT (30+ NIGHT STAYS):



- Maximum Occupancy: Strictly limited to a maximum of 2 guests per unit as mandated by the Association.



- Tenant Evaluation Application: All guests must complete an online screening via Tenant Evaluation (Property Code: 12817 or directly at cadisa.applytomove.com) at least 14 days prior to arrival.



- Application Fee: A screening fee applies per applicant and is payable directly on the Tenant Evaluation portal during registration.



- HOA Security Deposit: A refundable $250.00 USD security deposit is required by the Association (plus an additional $250.00 USD deposit if bringing an authorized pet).



- HOA Move-In Hours: Move-in and check-in procedures are strictly permitted Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM. No move-ins are allowed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.



- Pet Policy: 1 pet allowed per unit (maximum weight 30 lbs at maturity). Requires prior owner/board authorization and photo submission.



- Appliances: In-unit washers and dryers are strictly prohibited by Association rules. Building laundry facilities are available.



Please note: Application processing and final approvals are determined directly by the Community Association Board of Directors.



The Resort also charges a security deposit of $250 (credit card only). This fee also has to be paid at the Front Desk during the check-in.

We want to let you know that the building’s exterior is currently undergoing maintenance to improve the property. As part of this work, the balcony area is temporarily covered and not fully visible from the unit.
