Great Area to enjoy Miami

Loved the view and loved the condo especially the large balcony. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was having to park on the 9th floor and during our stay the elevator was broke and the day I’d check out had to walk down to the 9th floor due to being on the 17th floor.

Good thing: Location. Bad Things: Old Condo converted to RB&B. Everything old, carpet not cleaned properly (my daughter could not stopped sneezing!!) Free parking BUT on the 9th floor (get ready to go around 15 narrow ramps on your car).. A/C is not balanced properly for the bedroom (It felt cold at the living room; hot at the bedroom)..

Great neighborhood with stunning views

Needed a place to stay for the weekend before we boarded our cruise. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A short walk to the water and we loved the spacious balcony with city and water views.

Miami visit for Miami Boat Show

Nice location but was extremely displeased when I was told I could have early check in and upon arrival was told my reservation was not in the system. Contacted the host and when that didn’t work, I contacted the VRBO Corporate office and finally got the registration submitted correctly after 3 hours! Not sure I would ever use VRBO again anytime soon. Totally stressed out for the beginning of my quick getaway!

Thinking back.

The television channels are just terrible. Things are getting run down, especially in the bathroom. There should be a warning about the parking spot.....18 turns to get in or out.

What an amazing stay!

I stayed 7 days. Upon check in the lobby had high traffic but once I went upstairs to my unit the owner virtually unlocked the door and it smelled very fresh, full kitchen with seasonings, oil, and basic kitchen needs to cook a full meal. The unit was stocked with extra blankets and sheets, laundry detergent and extra hygiene products. The balcony had a trundle sectional which is perfect to lounge on, you can hear the ocean waves and birds in the morning, parking was included but if you have guest it’s only $4 for a few hours. CVS,7/11, carrot express, and tons of food places are walking distance (less than a block). The host was very responsive as well, I am going to rebook with this host due to the experience I’ve had. I highly recommend this host.
