Very smokey and smelly, filled with hooka and may be marijuana, the area was very loud. Staff had to take care of the bar and the hotel booking so may have been overwhelmed but was so rude and discourteous; we decided to walk out the moment we stepped in the room

We were not informed about parking. Guests should be warned that parking is completely off site. Bathroom shower head was not working properly. Could easily be replaced. This was not a bad place to stay by any means. Staff was friendly and helpful. :)

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Door locks wasn’t Working EVERY TIME we went out we we were Locked out. They gave us 1 Towel per family suite and took Forever to bring more. They made my Miami experience very poor

My family and I needed a nice room to be able to shower, store our bags and clean up for diner during a quick one day trip for my son’s birthday. We were able to get in the room an hour before check in. We also enjoyed a round of great drinks with the bartender at the nice lounge before leaving to go back home to DC. I will be returning to stay with them again.

Noisy property. Upper floors have wooden floors and. Lower rooms can hear steps from people walking in upper rooms or using the stairs. No elevators. Room cleaining is only done every 3 days. Inner patios have lounging areas where people congregates at night sometimes being very noisy.

Although we offer housekeeping service every third day of your stay, we will remove the trash and replace towels daily. Mi experiencia en Chesterfield Hotel fue Mala Empezando por la terraza del lobby que se ve en las fotos con sillones blancos no es así está horrible sillones verdes y mesas antiguas sin toldos en la cual nos encontramos 4 personas fumando droga, a un indigente dormido en los sillones y hay permanentemente gente vendiendo y ofreciendo droga El lobby publicidad engañosa no es como las fotos ahora es un jungle bar con shisha todo sucio La puerta para entrar al edificio de los cuartos que tiene código de seguridad está rota la reportamos desde el primer día y nunca la arreglaron está permanentemente abierta con el bar y la gente drogandose no es seguro este lugar La llave de la regadera no sirve, la ventana del baño no abre , no tiene servicio de limpieza como tiene un hotel Si vienen revisen el mini bar ya que el mío tenía botellas vacía las cuales si no te das cuenta pues te las cobrarán Todos los pasillos apestan a mota y en la noche cuando duermes, te despierta el olor a mota que se mete por el aire acondicionado al cuarto Definitivamente nunca volveré Creo que expedía tendria que tener control de calidad de lo que publican en su plataforma

I used to live in the art deco district, and I wanted to go back to see my old stomping grounds. Don't bring a car to this area of the world. South Beach is a 15x15 Street area that you do not want to drive in. You do not want to find parking here. You do not want to pay for parking here. If you are going to South beach, take a taxi from the airport to South Beach and figure out other transportation options once you get there. The staff is so friendly and wonderful. This is a booming tourist fun area, so you're going to hear cars and you're going to hear the parrots outside fighting and you're going to hear people on the street. But our room was in the back and it was very quiet. The beauty of South Beach is that you don't want to stay in your hotel room. You want to go outside and have a coffee or go to a Cuban restaurant or walk to the beach or look at the phenomenally beautiful art Deco architecture everywhere. You will meet people from all over the world who just want to have fun. It's such a beautiful place, and the Chesterfield gave us all of the old fashioned art deco charm. Make the most of your setting. This is a perfect hotel for someone who wants to be active every single hour that they are awake. We visited museums, we sunned and swam, and it was one of the best weekends I've ever had.

WiFi provided on the welcome letter was not working. Luckily I have my own phone data, so I can use the Internet. Refreshment in the fridge was okay, other than having alcohol and energy drinks, would appreciate if there’s bottled water. My room was on the first floor, the lobby bar has some nice music, but goes late into the night. If you sleep early and are assigned on the first floor, be ready to get noise until a bit late into the night. Besides being very close to the beach, having convenient access to nearby stores, bank, restaurants and bars, it’s an okay price point for the room

This property should be adults only as they play loud music until 3AM, drinking, and hookah smoking right as you enter and bar/lounge seating close to check-in desk. Good spot for adult who go to bed late and party, not for family.

Bathroom, dirty hallway, smell, like a lot of smoke. Bedroom door did not have latched to latch so no one coming in our room Jacuzzi tub was real dirty, scratched and horrible bed falling apart door to get in and out the hotel barely work no parking, dirty, stank, horrible hotel.

My room was not actually inside the hotel but in side building. To access my room there was no elevator and the entrance door was external. It was very noisy and I found some hair on the floor and on the bed.
