長期滞在向け

ビジネス接待1泊でしたが、かなり長期滞在向けでした。スタジオメニューもヨガなど充実しているようでしたしボルダリングの施設とかキッチンとかも。部屋もものすごく広くて居場所に困るくらいでした。プールも４つありサンセット、サンライズ両方楽しめるように両サイドにありました。風呂のホットコールドの表記が逆だったりシャワーが壁から取れてて壊れてたり、少し粗はありましたがマイアミなんでそんなものかなと。ゴージャスインスタ映えではありまさんが、ホテル滞在型の人はいいと思います。朝食も美味しかったです。

宿泊時はアート・バーゼルの時期と重なったので、ホテルの値段が高騰している時期で通常より割高な料金を払いました。滞在した部屋は非常に広く（１００平米ぐらいはあったと思います）、快適でした。ホテルのスタッフも親切で感じ良かったです。

There’s property was just beautiful. The pool was wonderful and the rooms are gorgeous. We had an ocean view and enjoyed it.

The resort is tired, that’s the bad. We had to have maintenance up for several repairs, hot water in the shower cuts off when someone uses the sink, scale was broken. The staff was great however and very professional and hospitable. It’s a typical resort, overpriced, for mediocre food and drink, and tons of hidden fees meant to pad margins. Overall nice facilities, good beach, beautiful gym and club. Needs a facelift and bring your wallet.

Not a 5-star property. Apartment-style rooms; while it was nice to have more space, the room was very tired. A/C didn't work, terrible smell of mildew when we got back to the room one night, a light fixture just fell off the wall, with no warning. Spa was just okay. Didn't feel very high-end at all. Also has a ton of residences, so there seemed to be a lot of people in their 70s and 80s with grandchildren visiting. Food at The Strand was average. We had a dinner that cost $250., and we had NO DRINKS. WAY overpriced for thequality. Manager was very nice, though, when I let him know about all of the issues in our room.

Carillon was formerly managed by Canyon Ranch. I loved this property as Canyon Ranch and stayed four times. However, I was disappointed with the property under new management as Carillon. I would not stay here again. The service is confused, the beach staff are unprofessional, and the facilities are suffering from deferred maintenance. It is unfortunate.

Funcionários atenciosos e receptivos. Serviço de piscina e praia muito bons. Serviço de quarto muito fraco para um hotel 5 estrelas. Um dos chuveiros do quarto muito fraco, quase não tinha vazão de água. Cozinha equipada e espaçosa, pois como viajei com uma bebê de 2 anos, isso foi imprescindível. Recomendo

Everything was great except they don’t have a pool for kids 11-17 years old. They have a pool for small children and an adult pool and are very strict about who is allowed to use the adult 18 and over pool. Also they close the pools at 6pm which is when it’s finally bearable to be outdoors in Miami in August. Same with the beach chairs and umbrellas.

Hotel op mooie locatie met verouderde kamers

Het hotel zit op een mooie locatie. Helaas maakte de airco op de slaapkamer heel veel lawaai daardoor werden wij steeds wakker. Er was koud water in de badkamer.

The entire resort & experience was incredible. Staff, service, amenities, everything was 10/10. Will only stay here every time I’m in Miami! To add - I am a young woman who went alone and felt completely safe & secure at the Carillon.

Been there many times, it feels like home away from home. Price point is a bit high but it’s worthy. They make you feel super comfortable and they are very accommodating. Highly recommend.
