Great property, great location. Host was very responsive. Only notable downside was there was only one out of four elevators operating during parts of our stay, as the others were under repair. 5 minute waits became the norm. But again, other than that, the property was great. Would definitely stay there again.

This property has never failed me and this trip was no different as the unit we stayed in was on par with the exceptional quality of the Fontainebleau. The renovated rooms give a nice fresh feeling and our host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

The resort is beautiful, with fantastic amenities including a gorgeous pool area and the unit we rented felt larger in person than as seen in the photos, with fantastic views overlooking the ocean as well as the city and harbor. We travelled with our daughter and it was great to have the two full bathrooms, kitchen and the washer/dryer. The host was very informative in the listing and promptly responded to inquiries. There were long waits for the elevators as we were there at a peak time and it is quite a distance to walk to get to amenities but the benefits outweighed that.

I have to say reading past reviews I was scared about the check in process due to having a injury on both feet so can't stand for long periods but I had no problems. Checkin was fast & smooth no issues. This is 1 of the greatest trips I've had to Miami, I've sent referrals to my friends for these properties and will definitely stay again!!! Beautiful view, perfect stay

Host was amazing in communicating with questions at the time of booking in this last minute rental we made. 100% would book this rental again if staying at the FB. Loved have 2 showers and the jacuzzi for our family of 4. Pull out couch did fit 12 and 10 year old - a little tight, but no complaints. Very clean and housekeeping was responsive for extra blanket. So happy we found this stay!!! Will be back.

I enjoyed the condo and hotel amenities. Two spacious balconies with great views of Miami. Plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. Large master bathroom. The common area hallways looked to be recently remodeled - very nice. I’d definitely stay here again, and it seemed like a great value compared to the hotel rooms. Everything is closely connected within hotel and tower.

Mr. Christopher is a great host who solved all of our requests. The living room is spacious, with a large kitchen and refrigerator. There is a separate toilet with a shower at the entrance. Another bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and toilet that connect to the bedroom with a king-size bed. The couch in the living room is acceptable for sleeping. The two balconies are enough for sitting 3-4 guests. Every two units have an entrance hall, so there is no noise from the corridor. The air conditioner is working well. The only problem is with the elevators, which are under repair. Sometimes only one elevator worked. The beach was perfect. The umbrella rental is 32 USD/day. On Collins Ave, near the hotel, there is a CVS and some coffee shops and restaurants with good breakfasts. The hotel is 15-20 minutes from the airport if there is no big traffic jam. The hotel books 250 USD/night for incidentals at check-in. The valet is quick if you use the South Drive entrance.

Pleasant Stay/Large Accommodations

Have stayed in other Tresor rentals but this was quite large w/two balconies. Accommodations were simple but clean. We arrived late and unfortunately could not enter thru Tresor bldg because we didn’t have key, must go thru main check in area which was difficult for me recovering from knee surgery. We like to make a few simple meals in especially since place was so spacious however the cooking pans & utensils were limited, I would suggest a few extras in the kitchen would would allow for meal prep.

Host was very responsive. Hotel service was terrible, we waited 2 hours for our lunch, after 3 days we received the blanket and pillow we asked for, had to wait 1 jr. to get our car from valet. the employees were very nice but could not handle the amount of people there.

Horrible experience

i’m usually very satisfied this past visit I was very disappointed. I was already staying at the hotel prior to my initial check in for this particular room, after long hours of waiting to check in I finally get my key go to my room and I find another couple in my room. The couple was “ mistakenly“ given the wrong key. We had to call and have someone come up and physically remove the couple. I received no service, no apology and barely any acknowledgment of what happened. not only was this a big mix up by the hotel, with Covid going on you would think they would be a lot more careful and actually demand to clean my room after other people were touching everything. I had toddlers and my elderly mother with me so I only pray we stay safe and covid-free. The hotel was acting as if their advocates for Covid but would let such a big mistake occur like this. I won’t be going back anytime soon!

The pictures do not do justice! More than enough space for the two of us! Location is great we took Uber a few times to the other end of Ocean Ave. The view was great at sunset. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful property!

The property reminded me of a resort in Mexico. Staff at resort are very friendly and willing to help out. We didn’t have any issues with the unit we rented. Loved the space! The pool for the Tressor building was nice and quiet. Lots of food options within walking distance or getting an Uber if you don’t want to eat on the property. Housekeeping is not included with the rental- at the time we stayed it was offered every other day. We didn’t need it during our stay so we were only charged 1 cleaning fee by the resort for the checkout cleaning. Upon checkout they also asked if we requested any extra towels- we didn’t but am curious if that would also be an extra fee. The fee for cleaning is not told to you upon check in either. The Donna Mare down the street at the Cadillac has wonderful food!
