The SUNSHINE Studio is a gorgeous apartment very well decorated, bright, clean, fully furnished & all equipped with a large POOL and DECK, located in the heart of South Beach!!!

You will be able to enjoy its large POOL with deck chairs and its garden with table and chairs all around to relax and chat while taking a drink.
The building is also one of the very rare Art Deco property providing a mini-gym to its guests. You will also have access to a bike station and laundry room with many washers & dryers.
The property is also very safe thanks to its gates, security doors with digicode and its 24/7 video camera system.
Note that everything is also included during the stay: electricity, water, cable and the Internet WIFI.

PERFECT LOCATION, all the best spots in South Beach are only a few minutes away:

- 2 blocks from the BEACH and its beach walk.
- 10mn walking distance from Lincoln Road (restaurants, clubs, bars, stores and banks),
- 15mn from Ocean Drive (restaurants, clubs, stores and bars),
- 1 block from Collins Avenue with all the best hotels to enjoy their pool parties, bars and restaurants.
- 1 parking garage with hundred of spots is located at only 1 block away. Making it really easy for the guests to park if they rent a car.
- Street parking and parking with meters are also located across the street.

FULLY FURNISHED & EQUIPPED:
Really comfortable mattress for the Queen size bed, 80% of the decoration and appliances are brand new.

The apartment also provides:
Microwave, stoves, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, blender, closet, linens, towels, 2 hair dryers, iron, ironing table, pans, pots, dishes etc...

BEACH EQUIPMENTs: umbrella and chairs for the beach are provided.

FAMILY KIT are available for a small extra cost: 1 baby crib, 1 stroller and 1 baby bathtub.

This apartment is perfect to accommodate 2 adults or 2 adults and a kid (under 10) thanks to its armchair bed.

OUTDOOR: You have a large pool with desk chairs, bbq area, table, chairs, bench and tropical trees all around.

Lovely tropical winter getaway - will be returning!
We loved this cozy stay at this lovely art deco inspired building/unit. The main takeaways for us are the amazing pool, deck area with so many awesome seating choices, super comfy lounge chairs, a curated garden and bonsai collection that is stunning! The pool area was never too crowded and we could hear chirping of birds and were able to relax a bunch out there. The building is cute and the people staying there were quiet, respectful, kind and inviting. The room is super cute! It is a studio so it is tiny, but the owners did a nice job maximizing the space. The kitchen is organized and the place feels airy and inviting. The bed was comfortable and we were obsessed with the light-up charging nightstands. We were able to comfortably cook meals here, watch TV, and relax. My favorite part is how much sunlight came in the room. The view right out the window is gorgeous and includes palm trees and a gorgeous Ficus tree that everyone who walks by appreciates. This unit is literally 2 minutes of a walk across a cute bridge and water channel and then you're right at the boardwalk/beach (24th street). We felt safe walking at all times of day in this area altogether. Tips: Check out the walkway area right next to the Gates hotel. It's like a mini botanic garden and is light up at night. Go for a stroll down Flamingo Drive and see the elites homes of MB. Publix is only a 14 or so minute walk away for like 5 minute uber. Use the free trolley going all around Miami Beach.

Nice Stay
My wife and I had a nice stay. Check-in was a little confusing. I suggest you verify everything at least a day ahead of time. The apartment was as described. Clean, well equipped but could use some maintenance on the floor (loose tiles). The only issue we had was the slow/intermittent WiFi. Cell service was fine but running a laptop/Ipad was challenging. We stayed for 5 days. Parked in garage G12 ($20/day) if you don’t go in and out. The one-block walk from the garage was easy – crossed a pedestrian bridge at the end. Walking to the beach/boardwalk was short – crossed a different bridge. Citi Bike rentals and a trolley stop were close by. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Don’t waste your money. Worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere
Host was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He fell asleep when it was time to check in and left us stranded outside the unit all night when we arrived. There were roaches all over the unit that would crawl onto the bed and into our food/drinks. The property manager of the building is just as rude as the host as well. This host threatened and harassed us through email the whole trip and made our trip to Miami horrible. There’s other reviews saying the same thing and I didn’t believe them at first. Wish I had listened to what others are saying. I’m sure he’ll respond to this with rudeness and unprofessionalism as well which only proves what I say is true.

Cute, clean, comfortable studio. Perfect for a couple. Nice that it's walking distance to the boardwalk. About a 25-minute walk to Southbeach. Didn't like that there was no parking (only off-site parking). Is not (as listed) in the heart of South beach. Also listed as 2 bedrooms with a double-futon, but is a studio apartment with a queen bed.

Mini Vacation
Our stay at Mantell Plaza was wonderful. Myself & teenage daughter planned a last minute trip in order to visit colleges in Miami. Our studio apt was clean. Uber had np with location. Apt had full EVERYTHING!! Was very clean quiet and so comfortable .Pool was clean location is 2 blocks from the beach. Short walk or free trolley 🚎 to places to eat .. nice evening walks . Our new “ go to “ when Miami !!!!

Terrible Host, Roaches Everywhere “even in the bed”
At first glance the apartment is super cute and clean. However, after a couple hours my boyfriend and I realized there were insects everywhere. A day later to realize they were baby cockroaches after seeing a couple large ones. We immediately contacted the host only to be treated terribly. The host did nothing to accommodate our needs or apologize. The host talked to us like we were making the situation up and denied ever seeing cockroaches. Instead of trying to help us he continually argued with us. He later told us that cockroaches were normal and that we are basically ignorant. We are from Missouri, there are a bunch of cockroaches there as well. It is not normal to have to sidestep cockroaches or find them in your bed. They were on the stove, walls, under all our luggage, bed, and ac. We ended up staying in a hotel due to how bad it was and the host still did nothing. The only thing he did do was tell us there was insect killer in the closet and to “do it ourselves”. We did in fact spray the apartment and the host said we did it wrong even though he never came out. He said he would send the property manager, but never did. We also have an ongoing case with vrbo’s health/safety. Overall the host is incredibly inconsiderate and rude. He did not refund us once for the nights we did not stay in the cockroach filled apartment. He argued with us instead of working out the problem. If the place did not have roaches and you do not have to deal with the host it’s a great place!

AMAZING BEACH SIDE OASIS
An very clean, conveniently located, and comfortable condo. The location was ideal and close to everything yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main road in Miami Beach. Easy access to trolley and beach front. The pool was very clean and quiet. Great addition of beach gear. Very hard to find a place with a small kitchen so this was an added plus. Would most certainly stay again! Thank you!

Amazing!
We had a great stay here in Miami! The location was perfect, a very short walk from the beach , the beach walk, and many cute restaurants and cafes! Also close to bike rentals which we used, that made for an easy bike ride to south beach! The condo itself was nice and clean, had everything we needed and the owner was super quick to reply whenever we had questions and made everything he could super convenient for us! The pool was probably our favorite part!! Beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing!!! I’d stay again!
