In the case of last-minute reservations (less than 48 hours before arrival in the building), we require this information immediately, as we can only process last-minute registrations with proof of a last-minute booking.
✔ Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old, as mandated by the building management. Reservations made by guests under 21 years old will need to be canceled by the guest or by Airbnb on behalf of the guest, and our cancellation policy will be enforced without exception
✔ While we are delighted to host families, please be aware that our apartment does not offer special amenities or safety equipment for children. We cannot take responsibility in case of accidents.
✔ We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like trash bags in trash cans, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, body wash ( no refill).
✔ We do not supply any food or cooking condiments. All food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of condiments like cooking oil, salt & pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. prior to check-in. If you plan to cook at home, you can easily pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
✔ The dedicated parking spot is located in front of the building and is open to the street. Guests are responsible for their vehicle and belongings at all times. We recommend not leaving valuables in the car. The host is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft.
