Beautiful unit, very clean and nicely furnished. We had a great view of the ocean. Bed was comfortable. Nice lobby, easy to check in. Location is great! 4 min walk to the beach and close to many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also very close to the trolly (free) pickup point that brings you to south beach, which was great! Overall 5 star in my opinion

The property overall presents very well, parking setup is convenient, some additional signage is needed to help better guide guests through the property. Some delays were observed at check-in, but they were relatively minor. It's proximity to Collins Avenue for entertainment, restaurant and beach is terrific. I would stay again.

Apartment was nice, comfortable, new, great appliances, everything necessary, with great views! Liked lounge/pool area a lot. Cons - not everything in apartment was cleaned properly- floors were dirty, some fixtures were very dusty, but really worst was bedding in 2nd bedroom had stains on sheets, comforter and duvet cover((( Asked multiple times to bring new items to no avail!!! Found extra sheet and remade the bed, but couldn’t use comforter (((
