PARKING: Paid parking is available on 81st Street and in a nearby lot. Do not park in front of the property, as unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Parking is not included, and guests are responsible for their vehicles and any related fees or incidents.

Acquavilla is located in the desirable North Beach area of Miami Beach, a relaxed coastal neighborhood known for its beautiful beaches, local cafés, and laid-back atmosphere. Guests are just minutes from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores along Harding Avenue and Collins Avenue. The area offers a quieter Miami Beach experience while still being a short drive to South Beach, Bal Harbour Shops, and many of Miami’s top attractions.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and convenient from Acquavilla. Guests can easily explore the area by car, rideshare, or bike. The beach, local restaurants, cafés, and shops are just minutes away. For those looking to explore more of Miami, South Beach, Bal Harbour Shops, and many popular attractions are a short drive away. Public transportation is also available nearby along Collins Avenue.

To ensure a comfortable stay for you and our neighbors, please review and follow the house rules below:



• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted.

• Minimum booking age is 25 years old.

• Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the home.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM in accordance with Miami Beach ordinance.

• The pool must not be used during quiet hours and should be closed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

• Please treat the home with care and respect the neighborhood and surrounding community.

• Pet Policy - Pets are welcome subject to prior approval. We accommodate up to two well-behaved dogs, each under 30 lbs, with a non-refundable pet fee per stay. Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, or in the pool, and guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbance caused during the stay. We reserve the right to decline certain breeds or larger animals.



These rules are strictly enforced. If you are not comfortable following them, this property may not be the right fit for your stay. Any violation of the house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
