気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
I gave 1 star because 0 is not an option. Do not stay here! The pictures are misleading, the paint is peeling off the walls and celings all furniture is rusted and feels like it's going to fall apart. The sheets were stained, I'm not sure they were even washed between guests. The amenities advertised were largely unavailable or had modified times.
We ordered food and once there was food in the trash we discovered it also had a massive roach infestation-at that point it was too late to move. Especially since the neighborhood is unsafe. Which was confirmed when my kids got to see a dead body across the street as we left the property. This was such a traumatizing stay and I am so sad our family vacation was absolutely ruined. We changed our flight and left early.
The view was pretty and the security guard (checking in with the armed security gaurd should've been a clue) was nice but obviously the cons far outweigh any pros to this property or area. Keep your family safe and stay elsewhere.
