Your home away from home in Sunny Isles Beach with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. perfect for a peaceful getaway. Condo unit at Golden Bay Club, half a mile from the beach, walking distance to all services: groceries, drugstores, gas stations, restaurants, banks, shopping, church, synagogue, park, pier and much more. Located in the beautiful and prestigious city of Sunny Isles Beach half way between Miami and Fort-Lauderdale fully furnished and equipped: beach chair, umbrella, beach cart, cooler, etc.… Unlimited long distance call to the US and Canada, free WiFi, cable TV, non-smoking, no pets, 1 parking space in a garage included. A one time 75$ registration fee needs to paid at the office upon arrival. The condo association has 24 hours video surveillance outside the condo unit in all the common areas.
