I was there for 11 days and my room was cleaned only once. The property failed to refill shampoo and soap in the shower The drained was glug and the dirt and hair from other people floating around my feet when I first took a shower. The bath room floor was always dirty. Did not refill enough toilet paper. The front desk was next to my room. I constantly hear sounds of laugh, music, customers checking in/out, and front door opening and closing. One night I was not able to get into the building because someone locked the door from inside. I did not received a full refund of my hotel expense for that night.

La habitación que me tocó estaba a pie de calle y esa es muy transitada así que había mucho ruido y el baño es compartido pero está lejos de la habitación por lo que e me sentí cómoda. En cuanto al servicio fue excelente y puedes guardar tu maleta con ellos

el lugar que rentamos es pequeño, aunque es funcional. Por el precio la verdad es nos resultó caro, la letrina incómoda, no para mí porque soy pequeña, pero sí para gente mas alta y robusta, apenas hay espacio para sentarse. La vista no es agradable pues la ventana da al patio donde se miran bolsas de basura, escobas y productos de limpieza. La zona es muy concurrida y está muy bien.

La peor idea

Avise que llegaba en la madrugada y tardaron muchisimo para abrir, el baño compartido muy sucio! Cabellos de los huespedes anteriores(quiero pensar) en las sabana y piso! Las almohadas olian muy raro! El precio es bajo pero la verdad hay muchisimas mas opciones a precios similares y con mejores condiciones

Singular Suciedad!!!!

La estancia fué una PESADILLA. desde antes de comenzar, primero comenzaron a insistir via whatsapp a cobrar antes de llegada aun cuando en la app se indicaba que el cargo se haría en sus premisas, el dia del checkin insistieron en hacer el cargo a la tarjeta a primera hora sin haber llegado, al arribar si bien el personal hace lo posible por atenderte es personal poco calificado para ello (menores de edad), la terminal para el cargo no funcionaba, el cuarto no contaba con baño propio sino un baño contiguo en los pasillos y esto es lo que pasa cuando haces pasar por hotel una casa vieja y la adaptas como tal, LAS SABANAS ESTABAN SIN CAMBIAR Y SUCIAS, LLENAS DE MANCHAS Y CON CABELLOS!! las cobijas estaban rotas, el televisor es una odisea poder poner UN canal de TV. Fue todo un logro conseguir el famoso desayuno ofrecido en la app, tuve que estar escribiendo y llamando a 4 contactos hasta que decidieron darmelo, NO hay donde comer dentro de la instalación, lo tienes que hacer en tu cuarto forzosamente y solo hay UNA silla, mi hijo comío ahí y yo de pie. Honestamente ni siquiera quisimos bañarnos, nos sentimos como en el peor Hostal y esto es CDMX a un costado de Paseo de la Reforma!, gente tomando y gritando en la calle y obvio las ventanas no están ni siquiera bien cerradas , son solo ventanillas, tampoco habia nadie en el checkout, NO se dejen llevar por la ubicación y el precio no es lo más economico.

No es un hotel, es un BnB disfrazado. El servicio es pésimo y querían que compartiera baño, al final si me dieron habitación con baño, después de hacerme subir 3 pisos en una escalera mini, con maletas. Se escucha todo, quien entra quien sale, al niño que llora, a la gente de servicio ponerse de acuerdo, etc.

1. La habitación según la app me decía que era con baño al llegar era compartido y alejado. 2. ⁠La habitación que me dieron estaba al lado de la recepción se escuchaba todo eran entre 12:45-1:00 am cuando estaban recibiendo a un huésped, y el ruido me despertó. 3. ⁠La televisión no aceptaba el wifi así que no pude usarla. 4. ⁠las demás habitaciones tenían bastante ruido y parecía Motel de paso.

Lo que no me gustó de mi estadía es que me dejaron en la habitación número 2 y se escuchaba todo el personal que entraba y salía., de igual forma hay una como bomba o alguna máquina pegada a la pared y esa no me dejó dormir en la madrugada que fue cuando se prendió. La puerta de la habitación necesita reparación
