The hotel is situated with everything at walking distance. Enjoyed my stay and would come back. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I wasn’t able to use the amenities such as the pool but on the next stay I will use it. The entire hotel and rooms were clean.

Amazing heated pool excellent for those cold days. I wish they can clean the glass so we can see the beautiful city 360!!! Bathrooms are a little old but still works great.

Having stayed here multiple times in the past, I can confidently say this hotel delivers a fantastic experience every single time. It hits all the right marks. The location is superb, putting you right where you want to be. The accommodations are excellent—the rooms offer plenty of space to stretch out, the smart TV makes streaming your favorite shows seamless, and there is always plenty of hot water. Most importantly, the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth stay from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality place to stay, look no further.

I like the excelent property location, the staff is great and helpful. What I didnt like is that they are charging the parking (just started July 1rst) the charge is not excessive but it still is a charge and it took me by surprise since Expedia does not advise there is a charge.

Gym it’s very basic and limited, gym equipment needs maintenance. WiFi needs to be upgraded. The two restaurants are good , staff is ok for Mexican standards . Parking is through valet only.

As soon as we got off the car, everyone was very helpful. Excellent customer service, Pool was nice and hot tub needs a little help, jets aren't that strong but still very soothing. Our room was very spacious and attendants were very helpful. Rooms don't have any mini fridges so that was the only bad part, so we had to get ice for our little cooler. Ice was a bit scarce as we would have to go to different floors to acquire it. Location is very good as it is center to most of the museums we went and plenty of restaurants to pick from if you don't dine in the hotel.

This hotel is very centrally located. We were surprised by how many events happen in the center of Mexico that require the city streets to be shut down. Maybe we were unlucky with gay pride and the World Cup being on at the same time. We were on the eleventh floor and we were still able to hear an awful lot of the city down below. This is an older hotel but they do put in a lot of effort to maintain it. The restaurants were good. The staff were extremely friendly. The elevators worked. The rooms were clean. The shower was out of this world, super high pressure. Overall this was a very good value for money.

My reservation was for a junior suite. I arrived early to the property and asked if my room was ready or if I could do an early check-in. They right away said no, that was not an option. I came back at 3 and my room still not ready. They took another 15 mins to find me a room. It was a nice room they gave me with a view, but I immediately encountered the following issues, the room was dirty, tables bathroom, carpet, not pleasant at all. The appearance of the room was very dated... the windows are old and need to be cleaned or re-tinted as it ruins the view you're supposed to have. There was a coffee maker in the room, but there was no coffee bags, etc. Under the sink, there was an active water leak every time we washed our hands or took a shower. The bathroom does not have a stand alone shower, you must stand in the very slippery tub and there was no vent. Every time I took a shower the room was full of steam. I liked the central location of the property, but they do need to do a major renovation to the rooms.
