出張、女性1人でも安心のホテル
出張でキングサイズベッドルーム、5泊。事前にホテルから空港のピックアップをアレンジしました。メール連絡もタイムリーのして頂き、夜中の到着でも安心で、とにかく、最初から、最後まで、ホテルの対応が非常に良かったです。ホテルは、WTC近くのビジネス街で、静かです。また7Elevenや、Chili's 、ローカルのメキシコ料理、すし、中華のレストランもあり、便利。全部Takeout できます。部屋は大変清潔で、無料Wifi、無料のお水も入ってます。6階には、室内プールやジムもあり、充実しています。また、コンチネンタル朝食が物足りない人には、朝食も数ドル出せば、美味しい朝食ビュッフェが食べられます。(オススメです) 特にスタッフはフレンドリーで、尚且つ、ホスピタリティーに溢れている対応が一番気に入りました。また、ドライバーが必要な場合、英語のドライバーのマルコをご指名することをオススメ、女性ドライバーの方がいいという人は、ガブリエラ(スペイン語のみ)をお願いするといいと思います。出張で、特に女性1人でも、安心して泊まれるホテルです。オススメのホテルです。

ビジネスや個人旅行にはお勧め
6日間の滞在でした。ホテルは大通りに面していますがとても静かでした。フロントやロビーはこじんまりしていますが、滞在中は宿泊客でごった返すことはなかったです。部屋は程よい広さで、ベッドも毎日きれいにベッドメイキングされていて清潔で快適でした。ただ冷蔵庫があればさらに良かったと思います。 コンチネンタルブレックファーストがついていしたが、チェックイン時にブッフェに変更することも、その場でアラカルトをオーダーすることもできました。 近辺にレストランやカフェの多い場所ですので食事に困ることはないと思います。

The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. Bartender at night gave good recommendations on drinks and food. Convenient store was directly across the street to one side and a taco stand on the other. The food there was 10/10.

DON’T STAY HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR THINGS! I do not recommend this hotel. Someone took my car keys and my Houston Astros rhinestone shirt. This all happened when they came in to do room service. Didn’t notice my keys were missing too until we arrived back to Houston. Not much was done by front desk all they did was contact laundry service to see if they had taken my shirt with the bed sheets which weren’t even replaced when they did room service! Definitely won’t be staying here again and won’t recommend it! Also the beds are hard and one of our rooms was hot!

Someone took my Astros bling shirt from our room all they did was made me fill out a report no checking cámaras or going in to double check like they said they would! I’m sure someone with their cleaning crew took it because I clearly left it on top of the bed and when we got back at night the room had been cleaned and it was gone! Also the beds are hard won’t be staying again.

Loved this place and its location! Customer service was excellent, super welcoming. Love the room, really clean and comfy. The location is amazing, you can walk at any time and feel safe.

El servicio del personal y las instalaciones son muy buenas, lo único que no me gustó fue la alberca y tina de video masaje estaban muy sucias, entiendo que los usuarios no ayudan, pero deberían poner más atención en esos detalles. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí, y igual que la vez pasada esa fue la excepción al 10 del servicio

Everything was good. Only cons, no refrigerator and the shower wasn’t private. If you’re showering and are sharing the room with someone it might be uncomfortable, only frosted glass is giving privacy.
