とっても豪華で最高の滞在になりました。コロナ対策もしっかりしてあり、ホテルスタッフはとにかく皆親切かつプロフェッショナルでした。朝食最高！！

外観はクラシック感漂う落ち着いた雰囲気で、内装は最新。外部からも隔離された雰囲気で、のんびり過ごすには最適です。

エレベーターが1箇所にしかないのが不便

2泊しました。1年前に改装を終えた客室はシンプルながらクラシックさがあり、スーペリアルームでも充分な広さで特に書斎テーブルが大きく、主人とノートパソコン2台で作業できる程でした。どの部屋からも美しく手入れされた中庭が望めますが、建物がロの字のためカーテンを開けっ放しにしておくと他の部屋から丸見えです。また、EVは3機あるものの1箇所にしかなく、◯20番台の部屋だと丁度EVの対角上に位置するため、EVを降りてから部屋までかなり歩きます。私達の部屋は621号室でしたがびっくりする程遠かったです。洗面台はシングルでしたが、バスタブは深くお湯を張って長風呂するには良かったです。アメニティはロクシタンです。プールが屋外で小さいのが残念ですが、同エリアにあるジムもスパも良かったです。こちらもEV降りてからかなり歩きますが。スパは50分で税込1830ペソでペソ安な事もありお得感がありました。中庭でとる朝食は素敵ですが、食事の内容はセントレジスやハイアットの方が好みです。先述の通り、ロの字の建物で部屋の窓が中庭側にある為、メキシコシティの喧騒とは無縁ですが、パーティーやイベントを中庭で開催する事も多くその際はとても賑やかです。滞在中に20時から大規模なイベントがあったのですが、24時までバンド演奏があり窓を閉め切っていても非常に気になりました。（もちろんホテルからは前日にパーティーの旨連絡があり、宿泊者も参加可能でした）スタッフも親切ですし、他の大型ホテルにはないクラシックで格調高い雰囲気を楽しむのに良いホテルかと思います。

2泊滞在しましたが、どのスタッフもフレンドリーで、細やかな配慮をしてくれたので、とても満足する事ができました。子供達への素敵なプレゼントもあり、感動しました。皆さんの5★の評価に納得です。

メキシコシティ中心部のホテル

初めての滞在でしたが、とても落ち着いた雰囲気のあるホテルでした、ほとんどの客室から中庭が見えるロケーションで中庭の噴水などが綺麗に見えます。夜は噴水に炎が点いてる演出もありました。空港からはタクシーで200ペソほどでお昼間はすこし渋滞していましたが30分程度（早朝空港に戻った際は20分ぐらいだったかな)の距離です。メトロの駅も３ブロックほど離れたところですので徒歩でもいけそうでした。すぐ近くに大きな公園がありちょっと散歩するには最適でしたね！美術館もあったようですが前を通っただけで中には入ってません。レンタサイクルも近くにいっぱいあっりました。フロントの方は英語が堪能なのでスペイン語は話せない私でも問題ありませんでした。いろいろ行きたい場所の質問やメトロの乗り換えなのアドバイス頂きました。エレベータから一番遠い部屋だったのでだいぶ歩かないといけませんでしたが、部屋は清潔で居心地良かったです。アイスキューブが欲しくて、どこかにベンディングマシーンがあるかなと部屋を出たら、ベットメーキングの方と出くわし何か言われたのですがさすがにスペイン語なのでわかりませんでした。後で部屋に氷を持ってきてくれたので「持って行くから部屋でまってて」事だったみたいです。翌日は何も言わなくとも氷がありました。ロビーで無料wifiが使えましたが、お部屋は有料のようでした。

Four Seasons Mexico D.F.

ホテルのせいじゃないけど、ホテルの周辺はお世辞にもキレイとは言えません。またホテル内もところどころに歴史を重ねた重厚感とは違う、メンテ不足なくたびれ感がありました。まあでもそれもこれも「Four Seasonsなら」という期待、基準から見ての話。普通に考えれば全く問題ありません。でも「Four Seasonsだからこそ」もう少し頑張ってほしい、そんな印象です。

フォーシーズンズホテルメキシコ

小ぢんまりとしていますが、中庭が美しく、ホテルの中を散歩するだけでも充実した時間が過ごせるホテルです。中のレストランやスパなどはさすがフォーシーズンズと言うべきか全般に割高ですが、スタッフは皆とても親切です。付近は大使館などを擁するレフォルマ通りの終点で、チャプルテペック公園にも徒歩圏です。裏にセブンイレブンがあるので、そういう意味でも便利です。強いて言えば普通のシティタクシーが常駐しておらず、ホテルのタクシーしかないため、自由行動は多少しづらいのが欠点でしょうか。

The hotel bar plays loud music until 1 AM and we were given a room directly above it, and were told there were no rooms to switch to. Basically, American tourists come to this location to get drunk somewhere they consider “safe” and the hotel guests suffer through their loud parties while trying to sleep after 4am flights. We checked out after 1 night, they did not offer anything in terms of customer service.

Exceeded every expectation! Beautiful property, kind, polite staff and impeccably clean. My room was comfortable, every need was met and the food was just perfect. Location was wonderful and staying as a guest here so close to Christmas was also very special with the decorations and temporary ice rink. I cannot wait to return to the FS Ciudad Mexico again soon. The courtyard with the beautiful flowering trees was so lovely! I stayed on the third floor and each time coming out of the elevator there was a wonderful floral scent. Not sure from where the scent comes but added to the ambiance of hotel. The girls working the Pan Dulce were delightful!
