Nice crispy sheets

The space was small, but comfortable. The sheets were clean and crispy. Very nice, even though the beds were full size, not queen size and a little too firm for my son. I folded the comforter and used it as a mattress top to make it a little more comfortable and he slept better. We had a nice view and had a great experience.

Nice property, even though it’s on a busy road the rooms are very quiet. Breakfast was really good including natural green juice. The checkk out is later than most hotels which was very convenient for our plans.

It was ok at best. The plus about this place was that it is pet friendly but you are required to pay a daily deposit which i believe was 350 MXN per day and on top of that they take a 1500 MXN deposit on the room for any incidental. The beds were a bit uncomfortably. I probably would not stay here again.

Really nice hotel, would’ve like for complimentary breakfast had more options and cooks were more professional and friendly. Reception ladies could be rude. Karla and Olivia gave great customer service. Very professional and friendly always had a smile.

I recently stayed two nights at this hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, I ran into a few issues. When I asked for extra towels early in the morning (around 6 am), I was told I’d have to wait until the next shift came in at 7 am, even though I needed to leave for a family funeral. I also found that there was no iron in the room, and after requesting one, I had to follow up twice and even go downstairs myself to finally get it. On top of that, the location wasn’t as convenient as I expected, and there weren’t really any walkable places nearby. Overall, the service could use improvement. My room was clean and comfortable. However, the location wasn’t as convenient as I had hoped, and I did not find any walkable places nearby.

Convenient for only a 1-2 nights max. The room is very small and the acoustics are terrible. The kitchen staff doesn’t have the capacity for the restaurant size. Breakfast can take up to 1 hr to get to your table.
