The staff were very helpful and allowed me to drop off my bag and access the room early. Also very friendly. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The room was well appointed and good kitchen facilities available.

We had a wonderful time at this charming traditional Mexican hotel, which was perfectly situated near Coyoacan's main attractions. Our host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit, and the beds were comfortable and clean room.

This charming small hotel is excellently situated in the heart of Coyoacan. Our large room was beautiful and very comfortable. It had a mini-fridge, a standing fan and a safe. We had access to several sitting areas and a full kitchen. It worked perfectly for our family group of four adults.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time. The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location was fabulous, within walking distance to everything. Little cafes for coffee, cocktails and pizza across the street.

The hotel is really nice, clean and even has a nice shared room to hangout and a shared kitchen. The room is also very nice and stylish. However, the water was smelling badly. We had to leave the window open all night in the bathroom so it was not smelling badly in the whole room.

This place is beyond lovely! Don’t hesitate to book a room. It’s always challenging picking a hotel online. Images can be deceiving. It’s hard to determine location, etc. we arrived to an absolutely lovely welcome. Gated and secure parking for our rental car. Adorable and comfortable lobby area. And the room is very clean, comfortable with adorable simple decor. The esthetic of this boutique hotel is exactly what you would hope to find in Coyoacan! It truly reflects the beauty and hospitality of Mexico. The room was very affordable and quiet as well. If you are reading reviews in order to find the right hotel. Look no further! You will want to stay here!

On a street with nice coffee shops about a half mile walk to the center of Coyoacan, this is a well priced place with a friendly staff. It is, however, right next to a school playground so be prepared for loud school kids in the AM.

I spent three days here, very nice, the area is very noisy; that's how the city is very noisy. I highly recommend this place, if you can bring your own towels and soft toilet paper.
