A very well located property, very functional, great views, security staff very amicable, would give it a higher score but the pool was under maintenance with out a date due and we weren’t notified before or after booking, but until we got there and it was one of the main reasons for choosing this property.

Our stay was comfortable and city view was stunning. Elevators were fantastic.receptionist were helpful although lack English language skills. Bit noisy even at night.no issues getting uber from the property. Budget dining options were great nearby.overall beautiful and pleasant experience.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The lobby staff were wonderful. A laye communication prior to check-in resulted on extreme confusion when yrying to find the building. The apartment is in a very busy area, not a good strolling area.

Great 3 bedroom condo. Great view. Flooring needs to be replaced but overall a great stay. We would do it again. No air conditioning. Condo gets warm in the afternoons but the blinds help keep the place cool. Nights are very cool with the windows open. Lots of traffic noise but it didn't bother us.

This place was amazing. The apartment was incredible. Truly made me feel like it was my home. it was clean, quiet and safe. The bed was super comfortable. Two bathroom was extremely convenient. My friend and I did t have to wait for each other when getting ready for our night out. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family.

The property had an absolutely beautiful view. No matter where you were you had a clear view of the city. The only issue we had, after a long flight we arrived to the property and the front desk did not have our reservation on file, we had to call multiple times long distance to get this issue resolved.

The staff very kind , they help out very fast with 2 problems i had , the unit i got did not had air conditioning or heater, thank God it was pretty cold days so they loan a heater , I bought a mini one to solve the problem but obviously when temperature rise during the day the air conditioning is need it . The unit is conveniently located as it is quite central. It is close to shops, bus stations, subway stations and a lot of the tourist attractions. However there were many issues that made our experience not so positive. Firstly the suite needs some improvements. The shower was terrible so could use a little updating. We could not unlock the safe so could not use it. We did ask for the code to unlock it but no response. The pillows need a variety of thickness/firmness as they were all too firm and high. So we had difficulty sleeping. The laminated flooring tiles slide back and forth so sometimes they were a tripping hazard. What made our experience the most negative was the noise. Everyday, there were construction noises, honking from vehicles and whistling from the police. The noise happens the whole day but it was especially obvious in the morning when we were all trying to sleep. So from that sense, I would not recommend it to anyone.

We stayed 3 weeks in Capitalia and in general it was pleasant but not enough to book it for a second time. The apartments are really hot, at times unbearable even. The apartments are not euiped with AC but have two tower fans. The place is conveniently located and has very useful public transportation connections. The apartments are also well equipped including a washer/dryer. Now to the negatives. The general communication among capitalia and the receptionists is really bad. Just one out of 5 guards/receptionists was really nice, polite and helpful. The rest sometimes treated us as second class guests always aking first if we were residents before even hearing the request. One guard even followed us to the room because he didn't recognize us. Which was really uncomfortable. They give conflicting information about the rules of the building and the use of amenities. Sometimes you are allowed to have guests, sometimes you're not, sometimes you can use the gym at 8 am sometimes at 9, sometimes you need to "call in advance" to reception for the jacuzzi to be heated up at the time of your visit. They'd say they called you, there are no phones in the apartments (i was in 2 of them) The customer support of Capitalia is not the best either. For example, we were offered another apartment since we did not have internet for 4 days and and they just told us the number but forgot to mention the tower. So we were outside the incorrect place for 30 minutes. Will not book again.

The location is amazing and the condition of the apartment is great. HOWEVER, if you were planning to use the amenities, be prepared to get extremely disappointed. The operating hours of both the pool and the GYM is exactly the same hours that NOBODY wants to use them. For some hard to believe reason, they are only open from 9 AM to 6 PM, so if you were planning to hit the GYM or go for a swim before or after work, that is going to be impossible. The main reason for choosing this property was to be able to workout before work so I was going to give the property a one star rating for those never seen before and unreasonable rules, but to be fair the apartment is beautiful and the support staff were nice to me (didn't solve anything but were nice).
