Staff was unbelievable, helpful and friendly and warm, helped me when I was sick! Helped package things for the plane, etc. Rooms were clean and design forward! I can't say enough, we will definitely be back. Great safe location, close to park and everything Polanco. Staff attended to every need, and then some! Breakfast was delicious, concierge service went above and beyond. Perfecto!

Would have liked room service and a better food selection. Felt a bit more business hotel, other that that it was lovely and I would stay again.

Great location, nice design and good service
The rooms are well decorated, spacious and clean. Lobby and breakfast area cost and inviting.

Gracias por su review. Le ofrezco una disculpa por los inconvenientes que esto le ocasiona. Durante el fin de semana de su estancia hemos contactado al banco para que realice la liberación de la verificación que se hizo a su tarjeta, por lo esto debe suceder en estos días. Regularmente los bancos realizan este proceso de 3 a 4 días hábiles, por lo que le pediría esperar este tiempo. Por nuestra parte le estaremos dando seguimiento para cualquier actualización.

From the moment we arrived, our expectations were exceeded, in every aspect. You truly feel special, while staying at Campos Polanco. The attention to detail at the property and our “Residence”, left us not wanting to leave. Luxurious and tranquil, we experienced throughout our stay We felt pampered by the staff. There aren’t enough superlatives to give the staff. Their level of service at every encounter left us beyond satisfied, and thankful we chose this hotel. There are so many wonderful little extra surprises we experienced during our stay, that I will not mention. We can’t wait to return back to Hotel Polanco

Great hotel with a fantastic team in a fabulous location. The only problem was that they rent the hotel to have external events and the common areas in the hotel are small, so it is VERY disruptive to hotel guests. They are gracious and accommodating but while we were there there were 3 events and all the additional people and movement was definitely a thing.

We do pride ourselves in being a Social House and to that effect, we create an atmosphere where our guests have the opportunity to engage in local Art, Fashion, Food and lifestyle events. We are very careful to make these events invite only, to be cautious of our guests' safety as well as having a 10 PM cut-off time so as to not disrupt our guests' sleep. This is easily the best hotel we'd ever stay in! Its really safe and quiet. No one can access the front door, only guests.The Staff makes you feel at home, Tania was really helpful and really nice. The whole staff is. The decor is outstanding, you just want to move in and live there! I cant wait to come back, this hotel made us want to visit Mexico City more often!

Was nice experience at a boutique hotel, very photogenic room and bathroom. Close to most famous restaurants in Polanco.

Outstanding hotel, location and staff
Frankly, this was one of the finest hotel stays we've ever experienced. We are lucky enough to travel the world, and would put this amongst our very favorite stays. We rented one of the apartments for 2 weeks. The design is gorgeous, and it is as comfortable as you can imagine. Literally these people have considered every possible need and met it. The bedding was sublime, the kitchen is fully stocked, the lighting is perfect, the breakfasts are wonderful, and mezcal/tequila in the evening was a nice touch, and there is a rooftop deck with beautiful views and a cozy fireplace that we enjoyed. I could go on and on, but most important was the amazing staff. Every person was helpful and supportive....reservations....tending to sick guest......organizing rides....making phone calls....nothing we requested was a problem. The location is super also....right on a park and at the edge of Polanco, yet just a 2 minute walk and you are in the thick of the party with shopping, restaurants, etc. We'll be back.
