メキシコならではの５つ星ホテルで素晴らしかったです。
メキシコらしさを感じさせてくれると同時に５つ星ホテルの快適さも持つ素晴らしいホテルでした。ロビー・ホール等の空間の広がりがとても落ち着いた雰囲気を感じさせてくれました。ただ、ガーデンビューの部屋を申し込んだのですが、１階のはじでほとんど部屋から庭を眺めることができなかったのが残念でした。

コロナ禍での宿泊でした。 建物は古いものの、館内は清潔に保たれていました。館内のショップは一部休止していましたが、大半は営業していました。観光地にも近いので、不便はありませんでした。建物が特徴的なので、好き好みは分かれると思います。

歴史ある洗練されたホテル
チャプルテペック公園まで徒歩圏内、静かで落ち着いたロケーション。毎朝綺麗に整備された庭を眺めるのが心地よかった。建物は古さを感じさせずとても洗練されており、設備も新しいものだった。部屋やバスルームの広さも十分。カフェが閉まっていることがあったがルームサービスで頼み部屋でゆっくりいただくのもよかった。スタッフの対応も丁寧でホテルの格式を感じた。Barが改装中だったのが残念。またぜひ利用したい。

This is a really special hotel. It’s beautiful and the service is excellent. I stayed with my husband, three year old son, and my parents and everyone loved it. The pool is really lovely and peaceful, and the whole experience feels like a real respite from the exciting chaos of the city. Everyone was so kind and helpful, particularly to my son, making the stay extra special. Additionally, they went above and beyond when I accidentally left our passports in the safe when we went to the airport 😩. They brought them to the airport for us just in the nick of time to make our flight! I am so grateful!

I missed my flight because the staff did not return my passport with the other materials she gave me and I did not realize this until I was near the airport. I had to return to the hotel and then missed my flight. This cost me over $1000 to book another flight which was to a different city/I had to stay overnight in a hotel/take a train back to my original destination. I emailed the hotel about this and have not received a response

Really what makes this hotel is the staff, the room service captain and his staff at the pool would treat us like kings and made sure our food order and drinks were always ready. When I became sick one late night the staff at the front desk contacted a doctor on call and I was able to speak to her on the phone and she arranged for me to go to a local hospital. The staff there really does an amazing job and it is the reason I would return. From the bell boy all the way to the front desk everyone tries their best to make you feel welcomed.
