"Super helpful friendly, professional staff. Every one. VERY clean. Very nice pool area. The sauna and steam room were a great touch. Only downside is that they were gender-separate (one in each gender''s locker room area). So my wife and I could not enjoy it together. Not a huge deal though. Room was pretty small and the walls pretty thin (light late-night noise), which is the only reason this is not five stars."
