"It is not my first time at this location. The rooms I stayed in were spacious and clean. Some features need an upgrade, but I feel comfortable at this place. Also walkable distance to shops, and only a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. "

"They had to move my room twice first when I got there in the afternoon the DJ was so loud they put me down one corridor in the dark and then the same night a wedding party came and was super loud through the whole complex and they had to move me at 11 o’clock at night to the other side of the hotel They locked me out twice to my room. I had to go to the front desk and get re-keyed unfriendly staff not very organized. I wouldn’t recommend it to somebody who doesn’t party or doesn’t like chaos. "

"Manager is very good. Staff was great. The pool area is beautiful. Big pool and the Palm trees surrounding it are very nice. Parking lot very well lite up at night. This is a Motel 6. Don’t compare it to a big expensive 5 star hotel. I stayed in March 2025 and in March 2026 for two days each time. I will stay there again. It met my expectations as a Motel 6."

"I would stay at this hotel again. The proximity to restaurants and shops is great. Their lobby has a great sitting area to relax and they offer board games you can play. There is a cute sitting area to enjoy breakfast or just to read. While they don't offer breakfast, they offer coffee, apples and granola bars (what was offered when we stayed there). The room was very clean and Iiked the text concierge service where they ask every morning if your room needs servicing. You can text when you need something and there response time is pretty quick. We were there when it was pretty hot and the air conditioning was sufficient (not always the case at hotels). Just a couple things to consider if these things are important to you. Parking can be tricky if it's fully booked. The hotel is located next to some popular restaurants so it might be tricky to find a spot at night. During the day it's no problem. Finally, as you enter the room, it's either the fragrance they use or it smelled old...you notice it when you enter the room but after a while you get used to it. Not a big but noticeable every time you enter. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but the beds were comfortable and clean. "

"So much potential! Awesome vibe and staff. Great pool and view but the purple carpet needs to go! Cleanliness of rooms was fine but the carpet makes everything look run down and dirty. Staff was awesome and overall a really fun stay!!"

"Check in staff was very nice. However, the room was in poor condition. The wall paper was cut in pieces, falling off in others. The carpet was not vacuumed, the prior guests had left tags from new clothes on the floor. There was candy on the side of the mini fridge. Hair in the sink and shower. Long hair in a pile behind the toilet. Worse of all there was poop on the drawstring bag thay has the extra toilet paper roll in it on top of the toilet. Super dirty room. "
