This was a wonderful property. It was cozy well maintenance and just relaxing. I just wish others would be respectful and not block entry ways to the property. That was my only issue. Overall I would definitely reserve again. Thank you.

Beautiful set up, peaceful, great kitchen, patio was very nice to sit and have coffee or wine and watch the water. Restaurant was good. Bring all condiments, salt and pepper, anything you need for cooking. There are pans and dishes available; dishwasher and washer/dryer was a huge plus for me. Will visit again.

Check in and out instructions were easy. More like a VRBO than a hotel. Cold pool in April, hot tub also not working. Mildew smell but that’s most of Florida. Place was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Did have to strip beds and make sure dishes were clean prior to check out.

This was a beautiful setting. Our room overlooked the canal/marina and we could see the rockets take off easily. The unit looked and smelled so clean when we arrived. We had a great time on our visit to the cape and having a lovely retreat to return to at night was such a treat.
