「Comfortable and cosy home for family stay with breathtaking views. Facilities could be a bit more prepared i.e we had no hot water and gas cooktop was not working. However roamly didn’t take long to send someone to fix it, communication was easy too. Otherwise we had a great experience.」

「We booked this stay specifically because it had a spa, but unfortunately, the spa was dirty and completely non-functional. The barbecue was also dirty, and we had to use foil just to be able to use it.We were aware that the property had only one bathroom, but for a 3-bedroom house that accommodates up to 7 people, the bathroom needs to have a functioning lock for basic privacy. The property was not presented in a clean or well-maintained condition on arrival, with several areas clearly overlooked. Basic amenities were below standard like dirty towels and hair in the bedsheets, which made the stay uncomfortable.
