「The host was very helpful and responsive. The bed frame in the apt was broken and we temporarily fixed it because it was late. The host immediately offered to have us switch to a similar unit in the building but because it was late, we chose to stay. The next morning, however, there was no hot water in the unit so we switched to the other one. Hot water was still an issue in the new one--it never got above luke-warm. 「This is a cozy apartment, and the hosts respond very quickly to texts. Case in point, I modified my stay to arrive a day earlier, but the system didn't update the code to unlock the doors. When I texted the problem, they resolved the glitch quickly. I loved the neighborhood and walking around Wooster Square.」

「I had issues with getting codes, which I managed, but NO COMMUNICATION!! there was no direct help number that would have quickly resolved stressful situation For that a poor rating - otherwise good room and location it would greatly help to have a live contact also I planned one day to walk around New have, but you wouldn't let me leave my bag!! I can see not checking in but for the cost of the night the curtesy to leave a small carry on in a closet is not too much to expect」
