Merganser Point

Very poorly maintained property. The dresser drawers wouldn't close, the "fridge" froze everything no matter what setting you used, toilet handle needed jiggling every time to keep from running, TV reception was terrible. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never came near our room. On the fourth day when I asked about it, I was told by the front desk that we had to request housekeeping. She referenced the sign in the bathroom that they would only swap out towels after three days, and I pointed out that we had been there that long. As a result, we constantly had to go to the front desk to get coffee pods and fresh towels when we needed them. The only positives were that it was fairly conveniently located to the Convention Center function that we were attending, and it was reasonably priced.

Loved this hotel and will stay again.

Frozen food just reheat, Bagel in a plastic bag, one month expired. Plenty restant at working distance
