We got a sweet email from Amy prior to our arrival giving us the entry codes & welcoming us to the cabin. When we arrived, we found the cutest cabin with everything we needed for our stay in Mentone. The kitchen was well stocked & the beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed the screened porch & walking in the woods behind the cabin. During the day, we attended the Fall Festival & hiked at Desoto Falls. We ate lunch at The Hatter Restaurant & dinner at The Wildflower, both of which were great. Great little cabin & great host! Would definitely stay again.

Fourth of July get away

Extremely well kept well appointed property...felt almost brand new. Convenient to area attractions. Large screened in porch was our favorite hang out while staying with our granddaughters.

Creekside Cottage is Amazing!

This feels like a new home, everything is perfect. I felt like I was secluded but was only a half mile from town. The private creek is so nice, especially since it is in the forest. Amy went above and beyond as a host to help me feel welcome. I hope to stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This place was perfect for our little getaway. We saw deer the first morning we were there and enjoyed walking down to the creek. The rooms were nicely furnished and very comfortable. The gas fireplace heated up the cabin very quickly. We loved both porches and spent a lot of time on both. We also enjoyed the firepit area. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware. We will back.

The cabin was very clean and beautiful. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was peaceful and very relaxing to be there. I will definitely stay there again and will recommend it too. My husband and I had a wonderful time.

Absolutely Beautiful and Peaceful Cottage

We loved everything about this beautiful cottage. The porch was so peaceful and we enjoyed watching the deer. Perfect location, very clean, and great communication with the owner throughout the process. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!

Absolutely beautiful house! Very clean! Looks like a new build. Great selling point was the creek- my kids loved it. Also the big nice screened in porch and fire pit area. Large area in back where we played games of baseball.

Perfect spot for relaxing getaway!

This home is perfect for a couple or small family to have a relaxing getaway. The home is set up with everything you could need. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. We stay in vacation rentals when we travel, and this one is now at the top of our list of favorites!Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.The owners thoughtfully provided chairs for relaxing by the creek and there is a fire pit for your enjoyment outdoors. Our favorite thing was the screened in porch. We enjoyed our coffee each morning sitting out there listing to the birds. We saw a deer our first morning there.It gets our highest rating for a vacation rental!

Girls weekend

We came up to get away from work and family. The location is nice and quiet, very clean and had plenty of coffee cups. There is a screened in porch in the back that was really nice. We picked up food from The Wildflower Cafe and brought it back. Highly recommend.

This is now my favorite place to stay in Mentone!!! Clean, fully furnished with everything we would ever need! Loved the screened porch...maybe it will be warm enough next time to enjoy it. The fireplace was awesome!! A+ in my book!
