「Lovely Villa with lots of space. Top floor double bedroom and balcony has great views. Lots of garden space and pool size. Table tennis was fun. Also has a selection of books for use. Great location with beach, restaurants and mini market within easy walking distance. Definitely recommend.」

「La villa est d'une propreté exemplaire, elle est située proche de commodités et jouxte un rond point très passant mais peu dérangeant car l'espace piscine se situe de l'autre côté. La communication avec Margarita était parfaite. Seule petite remarque, vous devrez prévoir tous les condiments pour la cuisine (sel, poivre, huile,épices...) si vous aimez cuisiner !」

「Excellent villa well situated very near the centre of Cala en Porter. The villa is of a really high standard with a lovely pool area and lots of outside space. The inside of the villa is really nice and spacious with an excellent kitchen, lounge, diner area with nice views all around. The house is very near the centre of town, about a 3 minute walk to the restaurants there and about a 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach which is really nice. The only downside to the property is the air...

「The property was exactly as described and was perfect for us as a family of four. I liked the traditional feel of the villa with the veranda being our favourite place to spend an evening. Everything is within walking distance which was exactly what we wanted. Host was great and communicated well on arrival. Highly recommend.」

「L'hébergement est parfait et Serafin et Margarita ont été adorables tout au long du séjour. D'une grande amabilité et d'une disponibilité sans défaut, ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes. Qu'ils soient ici sincèrement remerciés ! Seul problème, la route qui passe devant la maison est très passagère, donc dangereuse car les automobilistes ne ralentissent pas dans le virage malgré la limitation de vitesse (on est en agglomération !) La gentillesse et la serviabilité de Serafin compensent...

「Très belle maison avec du potentiel très bien placée mais pas d’entretien : odeur de renfermé, piscine très sale à l’arrivée, 2 climatisations sur 4 qui ne marchent pas, pas d’eau dans la maison chaque soir de 21h30 à 24h pendant l’arrosage automatique extérieur, chasse d’eau qui fuit( réparée par la personne qui vient entretenir la piscine une fois dans le séjour), très difficile de trouver la maison à l’arrivée car le numéro de l’adresse est faux ( 65 au lieu de 12). Très cher pour les...

「Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia. Nos hemos encontrado muy bien」

「スイートと名を打つだけあって部屋は寝室とリビング、ダイニングと言う構成にて広く、床も天然石で良です。水廻りもシャワーブースと浴槽が別になっていて良ですが、洗面台が2シンクでない点とシャワーの水圧が低いのが残念です。キッチンも天然石トップで見映えも良く必要最低限の器具は揃っていますが、部屋にゴミ箱がなく残念です。サービスは総じて朗らかなスペイン人、笑顔と挨拶も良です。中央に大きなプールがあり、それを取り囲む様に建物が配棟されています。深さも0〜2mと大人から子供まで楽しめます。ライフセーバーも常駐で安心です。朝食は一般的なメニュー、味は良だと思いますが日によってのアレンジは少なくほぼ同じメニューなのが残念です。プールサイドにバーがあり飲物や軽食が取れ、夜は日によりますが生演奏もあります。カランボッシュビーチからも近く、繁華街も徒歩圏内、食料品スーパーやお土産ショップ、飲食店も豊富にあり立地はとても良いです。」
