Totally enjoyed our stay, was very nice to go to the creek on the back of the property, very quiet and enjoyable and had everything we needed and would definitely stay again

What a wonderful tiny home. Loved the shade and the creek. Perfect for a couple weekend or small family we will be back
Had a wonderful stay at this adorable tiny house. Coffee by the stream, relaxing and peaceful stay. Rode the trails at Wolf Pen Gap with easy access. Will definitely stay here again!
The cabin was very clean. It had all the accoutrements that you could possibly need. Convenient to area restaurants
and shopping. Owner very helpful and pleasant.
I found this little house on line and we both were very pleased. It is small, as advertised, but just perfect for us. We both enjoyed our stay and would choose this one again.
We came for a weekend; it was the perfect little retreat. It was so cozy! The property has neighbors but feels private because of the plant life growing all around. The house was also very clean.
Although not fancy, this little house was everything I needed, within easy drives of some of the best hiking in Arkansas. The host responded quickly to my questions. This was my second -- but not last! -- visit.
This property needs much needed updates and remodeling. Cleanliness was not the best. Location was very deceiving. Fence was falling down. Mosquitos were very bad. No propane or charcoal for grill. I have stayed in many VRBO and this would not be a recommendation

Sunnybrook was like a sigh and a warm blanket.
The owners are so courteous and welcoming and the property is everything it is advertised to be. My son and I enjoyed 4 days and 3 nights of warmth, peace, hiking, and relaxing. We played games, and worked puzzles and followed the suggestions in the book that Tom and Carolyn had for guests to use in finding activities in the area. We ate at the Chopping Block and the Branding Iron (both were wonderful), visited Cossatok falls (my son fell in the water twice and I dropped my phone in the deepest part but it was still a great time), and drove up the mountain to Queen Wilehmenia lodge and saw the views. Levi didn't want to leave. He loved the lofts and expended a great deal of energy going up and down the stairs/ladder to the lofts. This was so much better than a hotel and so warm of a place in the decoration and appeal. I look for us to be back.
this place was super comfy and convenient for our long weekend. it contained all the amenities and necessities and was very clean. it’s a “tiny” place, yet the space was maximized and well-utilized. the mini fridge did have a freezer, so be sure to bring ice!
