Skip the stairs! Single-story home with private fenced patio perfect for pets. 2 min to St. Jude and 5 min to Downtown + free parking. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi - perfect for taking smooth Zoom calls or streaming on the 4K TVs in every room. Flexible sleep setup: 1 Queen, 2 Fulls + Pack 'n Play for kids. Easy check-in. Absolutely no parties and no locals! Your reservation will be canceled.

Charming and stylish newly remodeled single story home includes high end amenities, large flat screen 4K TVs in all rooms, and high speed internet and Wi-Fi. Free reserved off-street parking is available behind the house and a private fenced-in back patio area is perfect for unwinding. Just minutes from downtown.

Living room has a vaulted ceiling, sectional sofa with chaise lounge, and a 70” wall-mounted 4K TV. Dining room has a vaulted ceiling, custom chandelier, and nice large high-top table. Full laundry room available outside the kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked to meet all your needs and includes quartz countertops, matching custom backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Coffee is also complementary!

First bedroom has one queen-size bed with a soothing Casper mattress. Second bedroom has two full size beds also with soothing Casper mattresses. Both bedrooms include plenty of closet space.

The outdoor seating is a great addition to the home! The covered front porch has a conversation set including two chairs with ottomans and a table. The fenced-in back patio includes a large table and six chairs.

Perfect location, a 5 minute car ride to Beale St., FedEx Forum, AutoZone Park, the Orpheum Theater and other downtown attractions. Or catch a carriage ride as they pass by for a leisurely ride downtown. The home is also walking distance to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis Renasant Convention Center, Bass Pro Pyramid, and the Main St. trolley stop. For safety and security, property includes two exterior cameras only. A doorbell camera that covers the front porch and a backdoor camera that covers the back porch.

Close to everything

The home is amazing, very clean, quiet and a great value. The host responded in minutes to my requests. Check-in was a breeze. I prefer more outdoor space and the zoo neighborhoods, but that is just my preference. In all it was a fabulous stay.

Most comfortable beds! We loved our visit to Memphis. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to relax in the evenings. Everything was clean. Hotel vibes with more space and privacy.

Great little house that is centrally located

The house was very clean and nicely located to most of the touristy stuff we did. It was just me (f37) and my dad (75m), and was a good fit for us. Everything in the house was well kept, clean, and the beds were super nice! Only thing to mention was that there was quite of bit of loud music/road noise at night since it’s a populated neighborhood- but it seemed to drop off after about midnight and nothing the owner can control. My only suggestion would be to add one of those number pad locks to the backdoor so you don’t have to walk around the whole house to get to your car parked out back each time. My dad is unsteady on his feet and older.

The house is amazing. There is a gated area outside it's concreted so you will have to take your pups for walks. A nice addition to the outside area would be a small fire pit or a table with a fire ring. Overall a wonderful stay and the horse drawn carriage will pick you up at the front door. Loved Memphis
