I accidentally arrived 12 hours early, so I was charged $70/night instead of $50 for two nights. I'm staying until Saturday, July 12.
The first room (201) had a non-working A/C. After waiting 20+ minutes for staff who disappeared, I asked for a refund but was instead moved to room 132. That room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking, and the bed linens had visible stains. The pillowcase, walls, curtains, and doors were also dirty. The fridge barely worked and was unsanitary, and the A/C smelled like cigarettes and only cooled when standing directly in front of it. The bathroom was outdated and unclean, and the toilet, sink, and shower had clearly not been cleaned in either room. A urine smell lingered, possibly from the bed or the A/C. I was too exhausted to move again.
The Wi-Fi and card system were down when I arrived (1:30am), so I paid cash. The Wi-Fi later became spotty. Worst of all—there were bed bugs.
Pros: it’s gated, has a microwave, soft bed, good Wi-Fi early morning, lots of parking, and is close to stores.
I was exhausted and disappointed. I’ll never book here again.
