Besides how loud other occupants were on our floor, I was satisfied with everything else. It’s near the highway, near restaurants, & near gas stations. It’s also only 13 minutes from Beale Street.

I was uncomfortable that the outer doirs on the side if building were not locked. The inside of building wasnt terribly nice. It was just sad looking. The beds were really comfortable however.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had everything I needed. A breakfast and bus shuttle was available. The hotel is very close to the airport but not in the best area of the city.

When we arrived, we waited a very long time in the lobby. There was only one staff member and she seemed to be all over the place with the check ins. In the 45 min wait, we noticed suspicious people in the parking lot hanging around and the area felt unsafe. In fact, we didn’t even end up checking in/staying because we felt unsafe leaving our belongings in the car.

We were able to get last minute accommodations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and grounds were clean. Breakfast was great, sausage, eggs, waffles, various cereals, toast or bagels. Mexican restaurant next door is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

My accommodation plans were necessarily changed upon my arrival in Memphis. I informed the manager at the desk that I would no longer need the room that I had already paid for and that I expected that I would be charged for one night. La Quinta did not care and refused to refund any of my fee, and I'm sure they let the room to the next customer and double charged for the room. Never again will I stay at a La Quinta Inn & Suites.

Didn't no it was so fare from restaurant bar no were to go found out later it is one of the most dangerous parts of memphis.no were to go to eat we had to use taxis to the outlet village or to go into Memphis which had a few over priced restaurants. When people book it would be nice to be told your out in a industrial area with big lorries opposite for your view.l am very disappointed with wydhams haven't been impressed .
