Historic Revival

This is nice property in a nice neighborhood. There were a few maintenance issues but nothing to spoil the stay. Easy to access and very clean.

Good location clean needs heater and hot water

The heater in the house only works on one side leaving the bathroom and living room area cold The toilet periodically runs or is leaking and refilling there was water on the floor And the hot water only stayed hot for 5 minutes to shower We enjoyed our stay in Memphis and the house was in a good location just wasn’t as accommodating as we would have liked Also in the listing it states there is a hot tub but clearly that wasn’t there either

The property is in a very nice historical district. The duplex is old so old original features are to be expected. It was decorated nicely and was comfortable. Water for showering was not hot and water pressure was weak in the shower. Kitchen water got hot quickly and there was good water pressure in there. Overall our stay was great (except showering) and we enjoyed the property and neighborhood.
