Welcome to Memphis! No need to rent a car. Steps from the river front newly renovated Tom Lee Park. Walk score 99, experience Downtown Memphis up close and personal.
You'll be glad to know we've always took pride and priority in guest health, safety, and well-being! Relax in your clean, comfortable, cozy home away from home!
This is a three story walk up in a vintage historical building. During your stay you'll have access to the entire condo and all amenities provided. Whether you're traveling for business, pleasure, or visiting family you will NOT be disappointed in this awesome central downtown location! Plan your adventure in this perfect getaway spot. Park your car in your FREE assigned parking spot and walk to all the popular downtown attractions. My condo is within steps of all the wonderful historic attractions and local landmarks. Hop on the Memphis trolley, rent a bike or electric bird scooters as a alternative to walking. This updated contemporary 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is centrally located between Front and Main Street and has a lot of it's original charm. Walk 3 blocks to Beale St. and half a block too Vance Park and Tom Lee park where the annual Memphis in May festival is held. Also there are several wonderful local restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions within steps of the front door. The National Civil Rights museum is less than 2 blocks from the condo. The trolley stop is less then a block from this prime location. If you're going to a Grizzlies game the Fed-X Forum is only a few blocks from the condo. You won't be disappointed with your stay in my home!

We had trouble with the original door code but the host communicated with us until it was quickly resolved. Otherwise, cozy and convenient to our purpose of concerts at the Fedex Forum. Easy walking to lots of food and shop options. Would stay again.

VRBO in Memphis

The location was great. Excellent restaurant around the corner and wonderful bagel place a few doors up. We walked to the Renesant Convention Center, 25 minutes, every day. We tried to rent a car at the airport but the flight was late and the car was gone, and no more cars, and no workers there or on the phone. We walked to Beale St and heard blues and ate good food.

Good location, close to Beale! No elevator so be aware!

Good location, easy access, only problem is no elevator & had to take our luggage up 3 small flight of stairs. Whew!!

Great location

I can’t say enough about the location of this place! You can walk to so many places and drive anywhere in 15 minutes. Michelle was a great hostess and very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. She even had a snack basket in the fridge which is priceless to a diabetic. Loved our first trip to Memphis and would be happy to stay here again! Thank you!!!

Location Location Location!!

This was the perfect spot for my wife and I to explore Memphis for a few days. We were able to walk everywhere for the most part! Michelle is a great host and is really easy to communicate with. Her condo is super clean and has everything you need! Would recommend, and stay here again!

Memphis Life experience

This was our first VRBO. It was clean, just right for my family, great location in walking distance to Beale Street and restaurants. The owner was always available to answer questions, great communication! We felt safe in the gated parking lot and keyless entry doors to the building and the condo. We would definitely stay here again and we do recommend it to others. Thanks for the hospitality!

Cute and Convenient Homebase for a Beale Street Visit

This condo was a great place to stay for our Memphis vacation, conveniently in the center of everything and only a short walk from Beale Street (we walked most places we wanted to go). It included everything we could have wanted and was a very comfortable place to relax during our vacation. Decorated to be reminiscient of the Memphis experience, we were very charmed by the whole atmosphere of the place, with its framed photographs of Beale Street and artisticly exposed brickwork. The gated parking lot was also quite nice and easy to get into and out of. Michelle was a wonderful host and super helpful, including giving us a list of recommendations for the area. Check-in and out was a breeze. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This place was perfect to stay at if you are wanting to go to Beale Street and other downtown places. It had everything you needed and also secure parking which we very much appreciated! Would stay here again if we are back in this area.
