Recently remodeled with a chic-style, our property comes fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. Our house is within a short driving distance to restaurants, local coffee shops, and popular attractions. Come and relax in the comfort of our charming place, we look forward to hosting you!

    At our Cozy Cove you will enjoy our open concept house kitchen/living room area, 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Our place is perfect for families, couples and friends. This beautiful house offers aesthetic boho decor, hardwood floors, and tons of amenities to make your stay extra special.

    KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, dining table, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker (coffee provided), small mixer, cooking utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, dishware/flatware, spices, olive oil.

    LIVING ROOM: Comfy sofa, Smart Roku 55" TV, family board games.

    BEDROOMS : Equipped with medium firm, and firm memory foam mattresses, hotel quality pillows and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Smart TVs in every room.

    GENERAL: High Speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, complimentary shampo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, central air conditioning/heating, iron/board, cleaning essentials.

This property was perfect for me and my family, and the pictures do it no justice! The home is beautiful, was very clean and close to everywhere we needed to go. The host, Ellie, was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

This house is adorable! It was everything we hoped it would be for our long weekend trip. The kitchen is well-appointed and stylishly decorated. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms also have everything imaginable. You can pack lightly for a stay here because this house has everything! There’s a cozy patio set up out back as well, complete with string lighting, dining space, and social seating. Most importantly, this house was immaculately clean and our host was welcoming and accessible. Staying here made our trip so easy and enjoyable! We were super close to U of Memphis and downtown, and the neighborhood was close to great eating and shopping. Cannot wait to book again!

The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our weekend in Memphis. The house is also very near the greenline, so we were able to get out and take a nice long walk. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was well equipped. Parking was off street and had room for 3 cars. Backyard was enjoyable with great seating. Bedrooms were quiet. House is at the end of a cul-de-sac. We enjoyed our time spent and would stay again if we return to Memphis.

Clean, cute little house. Every basic necessity was met by the the stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. Host accommodated my requests. Wonderful experience!
