空港近くで便利
メンフィス空港に近く便利でした。 チェックインが23時でしたが、事前に確認したところ問題ありませんとのことでした。現地でも通常通り対応していただけました。 部屋はシンプルですが、十分な機能と広さがあり快適でした。 ただ、ヘアドライヤーのハンドル部分が汚かったのが残念でした。

Convenient and comfortable
Close to airport And very convenient to visit many facilities from Graceland to downtown. Hotel is rather old, but staffs are all kind and comfortable. Room rate is also reasonable.

Bad hotel experience
The room selection was terrible Condition of the hotel was I needed some work Room selection was very poor Hotel located less than 1 mile from the airport And because of that my sleep was disturbed starting 2 AM in the morning due to FedEx flights in and out of the Memphis airport I have been traveling and staying in hotels for long periods of time And this is by far my worst experience in staying in one of your hotels.com partner Hotels Staffing needs at the hotel was very poor I would never ever use this facility again

shouldn’t even be listed as a hotel.
The hotel was under construction. There was no water. There were vermin. No service in the hotel or around. Hotel staff were very nice and apologetic about the poor condition of the hotel.

Fair Condition
Hotel is in renovation of needed updating and outdated furniture. Some rooms no microwave, no clock/radio, broken light fixture, worn stained carpet, etc. Not worth over $79 a night until after renovation.

We book with the Clarion because they have a shuttle for the airport. They said it was broke down and they were also renovating the hotel. We were not aware of this or we would have booked at a different hotel. Also the pool and bar were not accessible. We had to pay an additional $100 to get a ride with Uber to the airport.

Staff was fine but took way to long to check in. I understand people have to learn and that’s totally fine. But, I didn’t care for the roaches I saw, nor the fact that my room didn’t have basic amenities like coffee and cups. But the worst part about this hotel is where it is located. There’s a sketchy gas station across the street and dilapidated buildings surrounding it. Expedia or the hotel should make this more clear. This is more of a gripe at the location of the hotel rather than the hotel and staff itself but I was also not pleased with that. I will not be staying here again.

No airport shuttle, fine for overnight stay
We booked this hotel due to close proximity to airport AND free airport shuttle (as advertised on their website). However, after we got there we were told they had no shuttle. We were able to get a taxi but had to call a few companies to get a 5am pickup. Pool closed. Hotel is older but everything was pretty clean. Staff very friendly!! Overnight stay to sleep while waiting to leave for airport was fine. Would have been happier with stay if had shuttle.

NEVER staying here again!
This hotel needs to be torn down. They have been renovating for more than a year. The carpet is atrocious. The staff try to do as best they can. It's not their fault there is so much wrong with the place. There wasn't enough towels to go around. The mattress in the couch is paper thin. The "Regional Director" Nita Carney needs to go back to some classes regarding customer service. Jimmy the maintenance man did all he could and tried to accommodate you with everything he could. The agent at the desk (Rateah?) was such a sweetheart and so graceful under all the heat she was getting from customers. I felt bad for her and even didn't want to complain to her because of how she carried herself with the others before me. However the night desk agent was the polar opposite. I went to tell her there was no sheets, pillowcases, or comfortable on the couch bed, she told me she could give me pillow cases because that was all she had. When I wouldn't leave she asked me what did I want her to do. I had to insist that she call someone and do it right in front of me before she would budge. Jimmy came through with sheets and covers and he is maintenance!!! I wouldn't put my dog in this hotel!!!!

A Bit Run Down
The staff was friendly and helpful. That’s where the positive ends. The room was dirty and needed updating. The shower was dirty enough that I chose not to use it. The ceiling was discolored and appeared to have mold. There were two additional doors leading into the room. One, which I’m assuming leads to another room and unused, simply had a couch shoved up against it. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Disappointing
Uninviting. Coffee maker in room but no coffee, no cups, no glasses in bathroom. Told we needed to go to front desk and ask for them. Restaurant and bar closed due to renovation. This was not mentioned in promotion. Included breakfast which was only cold cereal. No hot foods, no tea, no juice coffee not hot. Worst I’ve ever seen. Staff seemed embarrassed. Near airport and planes went until 2:30 a.m. and resumed at 5 a.m. We felt the room should have been discounted because not as advertised.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE
The bed was super small and not what we were supposed to have. Then the clerk couldn't find us the room we were supposed to have. Apparently, no other rooms were clean. Our bathroom still had someone's used soap and shampoo in the shower. The shower is beautiful, but it flooded the entire bathroom (poor design), which explains the peeling wallpaper with mold on the back. The worst thing was the breakfast. They had oatmeal, cereal, and bagels. None of that is listed on the site. Choose a better hotel for a better night's sleep.

Go elsewhere.
Our stay was scary. There was almost no one there, the room was not clean at ALL. The young lady at the counter could not have been nicer but it was really gross. It was as if, even for the few people who were at this massive hotel, they couldn't handle us. The ice makers didn't work, every surface was dirty, old, I was so sad. and felt abandoned.

The bed was comfy and the sheets clean, but after that the rest of the room was very dusty, dirty, and lightly wiped down on high use surfaces. Everything was covered in lint. The curtains hanging and torn. An outlet fell out of the wall when I tried to unplug something. Big coach roach on the wall staring at me when I woke up.

The hotel is old, outdated, par below standard. Our first room that was assigned smell cigarettes, but the receptionist moved us to another room. The tub drain was clogged, again the receptionist was quick enough to send maintenance to clean up the drain. The hotel staff was very friendly, it’s just the hotel needs a renovation.

We are happy to know the receptionist was prompt and friendly. The 45 year old hotel is currently going through a full renovation.
