プールも海も両方楽しめるホテル
英語が喋れない私たちですが、受付のお姉さんが分かるようにゆっくり説明してくれたり、バイキング会場でスプーンが見つからず探していたらスタッフの方が声をかけてくれたり、とにかくスタッフの方がとても親切でした！ホテル内も綺麗だし、海を見ながらご飯が食べれたり最高でした！ここにして本当に良かったです！

大きなリゾートホテルです。 金。土と中国日本料理を予約すれば選べますが、殆ど期待出来ません。 大食堂で十分です。

家族連れにぴったり
4歳児と乳児の家族四人での宿泊でしたが、総合的に大満足でした。 まずは、立地が最高。 目の前がビーチで、ゴゾ島・コミノ島へのアクセスも良好です。 そして、オールインクルーシブのホテルでは、毎日ペットボトルが冷蔵庫いっぱいに補充され、日中はいくらでもリフィルできますし、それも必要ないくらい、飲食は充実しています。 朝7時の朝食から、夜10時までの夕食まで基本的にどの時間でもどこかの場所で、何か飲み食いすることができるので、非常に助かりました。 驚きは、ビール・ワイン・カクテルのお酒まで飲み放題だというところ。 また、提携している4つのレストランでのディナーも予約すれば、フリーで利用できるようになっており、食事に関しては全く飽きませんでした。 また子供向けのイベントも多く、息子も昼は海で楽しみ、夜はイベントや、室内遊技場で目一杯遊んでいました。 スタッフは皆優しく、親切で、子連れの私達にとっては非常に快適な旅となりました。 ハエが多かったり、クーラーが少し弱かったりと南の島ならではの事もありましたが、それもあまりマイナス要因と感じさせない旅でした。 ぜひまたこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

Halvdelen af spisesteder var ikke åbnet i de 12 dage vi var der, poolbaren lignede ikke en der ville åbne i år. Service var beskidt, så vi selv måtte finde noget rent op til flere gange. Hotellet er slidt, billeder kan mange ting. Alt i alt kan vi ikke anbefale dette feriemål👎

Déçu par l'hôtel, la piscine intérieur enfant n'existe pas, l'aire de jeu enfant intérieur était en travaux donc fermé. Piscine extérieur non chauffée. Beaucoup de travaux dans la rue donc très bruyant, nous avons demandé de changer de chambre. Chambre avec quelques travaux à prévoir

Good hotel.limited food options, poor communication amongst staff at times. Rooms are not sound proof and can be very noisy when people are walking on the corridor. A lot renovation work going in at the hotel at moment which can be an inconvenience due to high noise levels during the day.

No complaints we loved the resort and will definitely return. Our issue was with Expedia arranging our trip home once a flight was cancelled well in advance. But as for the resort, wonderful place! Money well spent.

The resort is very nice clean and has a great view of the beach but the food at the restaurants was awful Worse food I’ve ever had a sentiment shared by most guests Although it’s all inclusive we found ourselves eating out every day

The staff were at first stating that we were not due a bottle of wine. When I showed them the printed page showing it the reluctantly said we would get it but it took 2 days to arrive. The place is too big............sprawled and full of children who were helping themselves at the buffet tables plus running around which was dangerous for a number of handicapped seniors.

Super resort
Super resort, very welcoming and kind staff (especially AJ, Jonathan and Marion), wide choice of extra restaurants. Not much within walking distant except small beach in lovely calm bay, with shallow water. Mini golf very primitive! Overall, would return in the future.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem Sandstrand, welcher über eine Straße erreichbar ist. Da wir im Januar dort waren, war das Wasser zu kalt zum Baden, die Füße konnte man jedoch gut reinhalten. Leider ist die Essensauswahl sowie die Themen - Restaurants nicht der Rede wert. Uns hat es nicht begeistert. Das Fleisch war leider bei jeder Mahlzeit ein Desaster. Die Beilagen können über diesen Umstand leider auch nicht hinwegtäuschen. Das Personal ist stets bemüht, was uns jedoch schockiert hat, war das Anstehen und Warten. Da wir in der Nebensaison gefahren sind, war uns bewusst, dass man nicht draußen essen kann, und auch die Pools außen nicht nutzen würde. Aber gleichzeitig sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass das Hotel nicht so besucht ist, wie zur Hauptsaison. Deshalb können wir nicht nachvollziehen, wie Gäste teilweise über eine halbe Stunde vor dem Hauptrestaurant stehen und warten müssen, ehe sie zum Essen gehen dürfen, da es einfach zu voll war und keine Plätze übrig waren. Auch beim Essen selber entstanden lange Schlangen. Hier muss unbedingt nachgebessert werden, da ich nicht verstehe, wie dies in der Hauptsaison aushaltbar sein soll - erstrecht mit kleinen Kindern.

The view was nice. Easy access to the beach. I did not like the availability of specialty restaurants. The staff did not explain what amenities were available when we checked in. In an emergency, staff was not trained and put guests at potential risk.

Nice location. Staff is friendly. But there are 2 big annoying things. First: There are too many british ppl. They are too loud and screaming around. Their children yelling around and standing on the chairs or tables..,just like hooligans. Second: The hotelmanagement have to change the staff from the shop down under. they are absolute impolite!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Auch dieses Jahr hat uns das db Seabank in Malta wieder restlos begeistert. Wie schon im Vorjahr fanden wir hier alles, was wir für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigen. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und komfortabel. Die vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten und die exzellente Lage direkt am Meer machen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Es ist kein Zufall, dass wir uns erneut für das db Seabank entschieden haben. Die konstant hohe Qualität in allen Bereichen bestätigt unsere Wahl und wir freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Besuch!

A great place to stay, eveything you need is there. Very clean, variety of food and drinks, full range of services of any kind, from spa to kids entertaining program. No warning about building works
We were not told about building works. Hammer drills all day long even at weekends. This rather spoiled things for us. Hotel and grounds were very clean. We were all inclusive plus and guest relations were excellent ensuring that we were happy with everything.

Was man erwarten durfte aus der Hotelbeschreibung/Recherche, daher ohne Bewertung: Bettenburg mit über 550 Zimmern, größtenteils britisches Publikum, Nebensaison (eingeschränkter Service) und Lage an einer Hauptstraße. An sich ein schöner Urlaub, was zu erwarten war. Das Essen in fast allen Restaurant abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Zimmer täglich gereinigt und entsparachen der Beschreibung. Keine 5 Sterne, da leider die Außenanlagen nicht gepflegt waren (rostige Schirme und Poolbrücke, versiffte Poolliegen, Sportplätze mit Sandmangel = 1cm Sand und dann harter Steinboden, Gartenanlage/Eventbereich nicht Potential genutzt). Ansonsten fühlten wir uns wohl und hatten eine erholsame Zeit. Tipp für das Hotelmanagement: Kinderspielplatz bauen im Garten/Eventbereich. Für ein Hotel dieser Größe und was als Familienhotel wirbt, fehlt ein Außenspielplatz.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was excellent, all staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Plenty of space around the pool areas and a beautiful view of the sea. We would definitely come again.

Pool was good and the service was good. The hotel food was very good with a good choice of food for adults and children and the drinks were decent quality as well. The hallways and rooms did have quite a few ants around and there were quite a few wasps around the pool area especially if drinks were left out or spilled. The mini golf was pretty poor and I didn’t see anyone use it.

Great stay with good facilities and friendly staff. Public areas and rooms seemed to be clean and well maintained but the corridors were oddly institutional (not a big problem really) Plenty of parking available for our hire car, so we could come and go without worrying too much about getting a space (Sep visit). As we were exploring Malta we didn't spend too much time in the pool areas, but it was nice that there was an adults only section where things were quieter.

Definitely this is not a 4* hotel, the maintenance service has to come 3 times to our room as nothing is working, also the cleaning is very poor as the food. No access to the beach either from the resort

Hotel sehr schön. Wobei der Flug von Expedia ohne Gepäck gebucht wurde. Das hat alles teurer gemacht. Also bitte bei den Angeboten genau hinschauen.
