Located at verry convinient place. Constraction at front of high way never ends. My plan was no cleaning during 3 night stay, its good plan for people wants to save bugget. But hotel was forgeting to change tawoles,also pilloes stinked like some one`s swet. I called front desk about issues above, but staff mede lots of mistakes again. Maneger needs to be retrain thier staffs.

Dear TakashiThanks for taking time to review us, We are sorry if we were not able to meet your expectation however, after full investigation on your feedback, we have noticed that you just stayed for 2 nights with us and did not request for going green during your stay and skip housekeeping service so your room has been serviced once during your stay. Also was not able to find any report regarding any issue either.We apologies again if you were not able to enjoy your stay and hope to see you again in future to make it up to you.Regards

We visited a month ago and we loved it so we went again yesterday with my son who is on a visit. Great location to access many places and shops of interest. We also love using the gym while there :-). Great staff, always polite, nice and kind. We also like the food and have breakfast and dinner there too. Price is decent for the great package you get back. Won't be our last visit for sure. Thanks to the lovely staff!

It's been some years since my last stay at the Victoria Hotel and I was still very pleased with the quality you get at a reasonable price. Definitely one of my favourite places to stay during the Comedy Festival due to its close proximity to all the venues.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was fairly noisy with doors banging. The room was cleaned well but it was a little tired could due with fresh up, maybe a repaint. Over all we enjoyed our stay and the breakfast staff were very nice.
