The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean after your pet.

Events & Gatherings
Events and small gatherings may be permitted only with prior owner approval. Guests must reach out in advance with details for review. Unauthorized parties, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. All guests are expected to respect the property and the surrounding area at all times.

Accessibility
Access to the apartment requires using exterior stairs. Guests must walk up the green steps to reach the main living area of the unit.

Shared Spaces
Please note that the backyard and deck areas are shared spaces and may be used by other guests during their stay. All other areas of the home are private to your reservation.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
