予約した部屋が水道故障のためアップグレードされたので、値段的にはかなりリーズナブルに広い部屋に宿泊でき大満足です。食器洗浄機や乾燥機までそろったアパートメントで、バスタブもあり、設備は大充実でした。トラムの駅には近いですが、周辺にレストランなどはなく、一番近くの繁華街まであるいて１５分ほどかかりました。少し治安の悪そうなエリアも通りますが、美味しいレストランが沢山ありました。翌日のフライトまでレンタカーを停めさせてもらえたし、スタッフもとても親切でした。また泊まりたいです。

Apartment neat, tidy and clean. Public transport close by. Our only issue Is they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 nights. 4 people staying 3 of us were woman.

Very clean and comfortable room. The outside is not great but the rooms were nice Helpful staff Transport is great tram across the road and train a bit further away but still very close.

Great access to everywhere we needed to go. Secure, gated parking. Given room at back of property which was less noisy. Room was spacious. Modernised bathroom was smart and clean. Motel rooms are upstairs - no lift .... not suitable for people with mobility issues.

price is ok but no where to eat nearby. Room is dated, many small insects and spiders in room. Very uncomfortable snd dirty. Will not stay there anymore. Do not recommend to others.

The outside really let it down and the internal layout, no proper sitting/lounge area. Fridge in a weird spot and didn’t work great. Did have a bit of a stale smell in the rooms too.

I stayed in Room 23, which was recently updated and clean. Everything (fridge, A/C, TV, ect.) worked fine and the bed was comfortable with good quality white linen.

The rooms are decent, but the outside of the building looks a little grubby. You also have a six lane road outside so don’t expect quiet. You do though have great links to the rest of Melbourne and the staff are very friendly.

At first, we were a bit scared, that we had been taken for a ride. However, the facilities on the inside are clean, and in very good condition. Overall, an enjoyable stay

easy to get into the city and was very close to the tram stop Trams run every ten minutes making it easy to get around without using the car.

Got in at 8pm. Room was very cold but once heater kicked in it warmed up- about 10minutes. There was no milk to make tea or coffee so had to have it black. Was clean and updated rooms. Good value for the cost.
