Perfect for our short stay
We had a lovely stay for one night here. The house is lovely and bright. The back yard is nice, and gets the morning sun. we went out for the night, but we wished we could have had another night to sit out in the back garden. Easy to check in and communicate with the property manager. The only downside if the proximity to the highway.

Doesn't sleep 10
Be aware that the listings wrong. The listing says it sleeps 10, it only sleeps 8 ,there's only 2 sets of bunks not 3 so you will have to share one of the double beds if you have more than 6 people, Also have to pay extra for linen on the single beds so keep that in mind

thank you for your review.. there is nothing misleading about the property the listing states the accomodation only sleeps 8.. upon answering your emails about bedding several times i made it clear there was only 2 bunk beds.. there was adequate bedding for your 7 guests..

Nice house! Very spacious, has kitchen, no hair dryer though, firepit at the back is nice, great outdoor furniture to enjoy, washing machine is a bonus, close to shops and freeway. Host communication is a bit poor.

The ad was very deceiving and misrepresented the property. There was so much lies and even the photo of the location was completely misleading. The description was wrong and communication is bad. It shows the property near beach access, it was next to freeway. It says 2 bathrooms when there is only 1. It says there is a fire place but it is a gas fire that doesn't function properly. The wardrobes had the owners stuff in there. Towels were advertised as supplied but were not. The decking had equipment left all over it so we couldn't enjoy it. The whole house smelt like bad curry when it is advertised as being empty for 24hrs in between visitors but this was clearly not the case. It was not what we paid for, very disgusted that people can get away with lies.

Nice house
Great location, house had everything we were looking for except a working indoor fireplace. The freeway noise didn't bother us at all. The beds were comfy and the heater kept us nice and warm. We would recommend a stay at Miss McCrae.

Noisy location
Whilst accepted as a budget accom, the ad does not provide the location, which literally borders the noisy freeway. We thought this should have been disclosed. Whilst generally clean and tidy, there were a number of maintenance issues that need attention. The one bathroom with no separate toilet is not ideal for more than say 2-3 people. We also queried a Covid cancellation policy before booking, which wasn’t responded to. The new beds were reasonably comfy, albeit a bit small for adults. Overall experience wasn’t great, but it was considered a cheap option.

The house was very clean and well appointed. The only problem was there has only one bathroom/ toil
I found it hard dealing with last minute details. I understand the reason behind this process. But for me I like a bit more notice. Saying this thiscnit the only property I have booked uses the time frame.

Relaxing city escape
My niece and I loved our overnight getaway to the Mornington Peninsula. Daniela’s house was perfect for us and was clean with nice modern decor. It was especially nice to walk into the pre-warmed house when we arrived. The location of the house gave us quick, easy access to Peninsula Hot Springs and Rye which were our reasons for visiting the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing getaway
Great beach house to get away to. The house was neat and clean, the beds were comfortable. The basketball ring out the front was a huge hit with the kids. We had a great time - thanks Daniela!

The owners were very flexible, happily accommodating a late request for another couple to stay a night. The property is modest but mostly modern and comfortable. A good kitchen for self catering, though lack of microwave was a surprise. Overall good value and we would stay again
