Please switch off lights, air conditioning, heating, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
Please dispose of all household rubbish by placing securely tied rubbish bags in the rubbish chute located on your apartment floor throughout your stay and before check-out. Please do not leave rubbish inside the apartment or in common areas.
Wash or place used dishes in the dishwasher before departure.
Report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
Pets are not permitted unless approved prior to booking.
Lost keys, remotes, or access devices may incur replacement charges.
Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.
Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional charges or the termination of your booking.
