I am pleased to hear that you found the alternate accommodation to be suitable and that you made the most of the central location. As you say our hotel is currently in the process of undertaking some wide-ranging and exciting rejuvenation works. The hotel closure occurred at relatively short notice once relevant approvals from various agencies were received for works to get underway. As a result guest’s who had already booked to stay with us were relocated to an equal or higher standard of room at one of our nearby sister properties. We expect the renovation projected to be completed over the next 12-18 months during which time our hotel is non-bookable either online or directly for any future dates.
