I have already informed the room service and maintenance about your concern, and they found out that the unit is not broken. As some are renovated with independent a/c unit, but most rooms are interconnected to the master room. We can provide portable heater or fan if the customer is not happy with the temperature or change the master setting if we receive multiple requests to change it.
